I do not like ordering on the app unless I choose to do so. If I'm in the store, I want to option of going to the bakery and ordering in person. This is upsetting to me.

Cake was a good size for a crowd annd priced well. Unfortunately, the cake was dry, had cracks in the frosting on top, and the writing was a bit sloppy. Overall not impressed.

Cake was decorated (nicely) just as we ordered. Pick up was easy. Cost was very, very reasonable. Taste-- a bit dry, but frosting was delish (buttercream). Overall, we were very pleased, and probably will order another cake when we need one!

The people in the bakery and the cakes that they turn out are second to none. Always, the cakes are the best in the world, and the people who make them are so kind and cheerful.

We got a delicious half sheet cake to celebrate my nephew Stovie and his namesake and uncle Tovie being reunited. Stovie and Tovie are back to being BFF’s, so thank you for the wonderful cake to celebrate the love they share for each other!

These cakes are great I ordered 2 every month for community birthday parties in my apartment complex. They're decorative and bright colored and the cake is Fantastically moist.

The topcoat of whipped icing did not fully cover all four sides of the cake. It was redecorated and took 45 mins. - additionally the name was misspelled.

The cake was awesome. The ordering process with my phone sucked. I got an associate to help me and he struggled with it. Took about a half hour just to order it with help. Not senior citizen friendly!

Chocolate whippy frosting was amazing, hard to find nowadays. Made exactly to order, delicious, kept nearly a week and stayed delicious the whole time without drying out.

I always order my cakes from Sam’s Club. This one sheet cake I ordered a couple weeks ago was very dry. We were disappointed because we always speak so highly about Sam’s Clubs cakes. Everyone who ate the cake said the same thing.
