The chocolate cake was delicious and SO fresh. The buttercream icing was very good, just a little heavy and there was a pretty thick layer of icing. They did a really nice job decorating the cake. The writing was so neat. Their new process of ordering online was so simple. The same options as before are there, you just have to find them with the way the site is navigated.

I ordered this cake for a class reunion and it was perfectly decorated and the writing on the cake was neat and easy to read. Sometimes flowers are sloppy and the writing is barely able to be read, but this cake was perfect in every way. The marble cake itself was fresh and moist, and the frosting complemented it nicely, without being overly sweet. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up the cake.

Received many compliments on this birthday cake. The cake text was a bit unusual but turned out exactly as I ordered it. Ordering online was so easy and I loved all the options available. I will definitely be ordering again and recommending to friends.

They got my order wrong the picture printer didn’t work and never reached out to us about it the writing on the cake looked like a little kid wrote it the icing stained everything they attempted to fix it but the cake still looked horrible genuinely felt liked I wasted my money on this “cake”.

This cake was very very good. Everybody loved it and I’m so happy I brought it from Sam’s Club Bakery. They really made my husband’s birthday very special because the cake was for filled with all my expectations. I recommend this store for designing the cake as I wished.

Tasty but not attractive. The writing looks like my six-year-old wrote it. It had sloppy edges in the writing. Not at all like I've ordered in the past. The taste of the cake was a different story. Cake was moist and delicious and not overly sweet. I would order again, maybe just go without the writing unfortunately.

I purchased 2 sheet cakes for a banquet. One chocolate, one white, both buttercream. They were moist and very tasty. Typically, there is lots of cake left over, but not this time. I put the few pieces left over in to-go boxes and I had no cake to take home!

I do not like the fact that you have to order online for all cakes. Some of the prints they offer are not online for to choose from. I also dont like how its already charged to your club card when you pick it up. The elderly people dont know how to order online and have a hard time with it.

The cake tasted really good but the decoration’s were terrible!!! Sams club only lets you pick from 2 kinds of flowers or 2 kinds of balloons. (which are both ugly) So every birthday cake will look the same for all family members.☹️ corporate needs to get it together!!!!

Purchased the marble cake with buttercream frosting and customized decoration. The cake was moist and flavorful. The frosting was tasty and not too sweet. There were several choices to customize and personalize the cake which allowed for just the perfect wording for a very special birthday greeting. Generously served 25 guests.
