We bought the cake for Father's Day. Everyone complimented how fresh and moist the cake was. I have spent hundreds on cakes. This cake was inexpensive, and I will buy in the future. They even added some large gumballs to the side of the cake which added much more fun to the esthetic of the cake and was a hit with the kids.

This cake was very very good. Everybody loved it and I’m so happy I brought it from Sam’s Club Bakery. They really made my husband’s birthday very special because the cake was for filled with all my expectations. I recommend this store for designing the cake as I wished.

the cake was done wrong, the picture was wrinkled up on the cake and went I went back to get it fixed they could not redo the cake, I had to purchase a cake not decorated and find someone to decorated which cost me extra money. Not mention the customer service was awful and the lady in the bakery gave me attitude.

I was not pleased with the cake that was ordered a week in advanced. The picture that was given was not on the cake and the color of the writing was wrong. They then took the cake and scrapped the whole writing and top off and tried to redo everything with the picture and correct color writing. The cake hade whipped frosting, so later at my event the cake wrinkled real bad and the whole cake when presented was a mess and it was refrigerated as required due to the whipped frosting. I was highly disappointed. Don’t know if I will order a cake from this particular Sam’s ever again.

The cake tasted really good but the decoration’s were terrible!!! Sams club only lets you pick from 2 kinds of flowers or 2 kinds of balloons. (which are both ugly) So every birthday cake will look the same for all family members.☹️ corporate needs to get it together!!!!

The cake was exactly what I ordered. I had Happy Birthday and four names added. The flavor was marble with cool whip frosting. The cake was moist and the whipped frosting was tasty but not too sweet. Everyone at the party enjoyed the cake. I will definitely buy a cake from here again.

Getting the cake ordered was not easy. I made a special trip to order the cake per the directions of an employee from a previous visit to get instructions. When I got there I was told I had to order on line only. Online will not allow you to purchase a full sheet cake with two flavors. I couldn't get the ruffled edging on the sides like the committee wanted. The ruffles appears to be available only on one cake. We wanted to use our logo for the event and I was told I would have to come back after ordering the cake with the receipt and a release form for the logo. All that information was different than the original information I was given. The cake was excellent but the process to get it ordered is horrible.

The review is actually for your bakery and your deli. The cake was delicious. The decoration was perfect. The handwriting was gorgeous. Really made it a special occasion. I really appreciate you guys on the same day. I picked up the cake. I also had to go and grab 10 rotisserie chickens. as tough as that is to do, you had a phenomenal worker on staff, I believe his name was Eric. Eric was fair in handing out the rotisserie chickens once they were done in the oven he gave me one he gave the waiting customers one gave me another and another so he was like one for you one for me one for you one for me and it worked out perfectly. Everyone was satisfied I was able to get what I needed and we really just wanna say how much we appreciated his customer service that day and he should be commended for it.

You guys really exceeded my expectations. Stephanie was the main rock star, who made sure that everything fell in place, since I live out of state and did everything online, but I was in constant contact with Stephanie who took care of my order, and it was perfect. Thank you for being professional and following thru with all details. It's really hard to find good employees like Stephanie any more. Please cherish and appreciate the gem you have in your presence. The cake was delicious. Decorations were just as shown on website. The writing we asked for was correct and the cake was ready early --- all great. However, there was one edible decoration on it, a large round ball kind of the size of a BB, that was very hard/crunchy. Some of our older guests or those with sensitive teeth found them off-putting. Many folks made a joke about how they almost broke a tooth when they bit down on them -- they were that hard. People picked them off of their piece at that point. I would avoid those in the future, but other than that one thing, it was great.
