Ordering online is horrible. It says you can order a custom cake but you can only choose the color options they provide. I called the store on cattlemen for help and she was rude and would not help at all. I called another store and they took my CUSTOM order over the phone with no problem. Horrible was to do business

I went to pick my cake up between 4p-5p as scheduled. i waited 30 minutes and no one was working in the bakery or would any other employee help me. 30 minutes later an employee (not a manager) agreed to go and give me my cake, stating,,,I hope I don't get in trouble. I did appreciate his help or I wouldn't have gotten my cake. Not sure why I got a cake with white icing all over and the inscription was in the same white icing. I was so upset...but who was going to fix it! smh...could read that my was 85 and grand daughter was 16!

The cakes taste great, but they look terrible. I hate to say it, but they do. There are hard balls in the confetti decorations they sprinkle on the icing borders and they will break your teeth. The balloon strings are ugly. I'm so disappointed in my Sam's bakery. The online ordering is lacking so much.

On-line custom cake ordering is much more limited than the previous method of using a form in the club

we have tried to get 2 cakes in two months & could not get either when we needed them! we will NOT be using Sams bakery any more -

I ordered a half-sheet cake with a custom logo, and I couldn't be happier with the way the cake turned out. The Severn bakery did an awesome job, and the logo looked amazing. Thank you.

First time ordering a cake from Sam's , on line process was easy and the cake was ready for pickup at the time I had indicated. The chocolate cake was delicious. Will definitely order our cakes from Sam's in the future.

Even though it's "custom" you can't really customize. "Inspiration" sheet cake only comes with gold flowers and a "gold" or silver cross. You should be able to pick the color of the flowers at least.

Sam's use to carry the round coconut cakes that was sooooo good but not I have only seen them for mother's day. Please bring them back and give your customers a better variety of cakes!
