The cake was not at all what I asked for and was very sloppy. Sloppy handwriting and the cake looks like it was decorated last minute

Very disappointed in the engagement cake I ordered for my little brother. I purchase sam's cakes with all my celebrations and this is the sloppiest work I've gotten. It looked like a rush job like they forgot about it. It's not iced evenly and I could see through parts of the icing. The picture looks slapped on last minute like they forgot because it was decorated before the pic was put on, which left it not flush with the cake. Mind you this is my baby brother the last of us getting married and it's a BIG DEAL for our family. Quality was not put into the making of this cake. I used to rave about getting my cakes done here.
