They say they make custom cakes but a real hassle to get one. Have to order online and only a few options. Had to actually speak to a manager to get colors we wanted. Finally got it but not without a few calls

Ordered a 1/2 sheet cake. Employee was knowledgeable and professional. Cake was ready at time they told me it would be ready. Very moist and delicious.

Chocolate whippy frosting was amazing, hard to find nowadays. Made exactly to order, delicious, kept nearly a week and stayed delicious the whole time without drying out.

The people in the bakery and the cakes that they turn out are second to none. Always, the cakes are the best in the world, and the people who make them are so kind and cheerful.

This cake not only decorated beautifully for my daughters birthday, but it also tasted delicious. The app made it super easy to order and customize, and I was shocked at the price, less than $25 for a half sheet cake!? That’s amazing!

This was a very tasty, colorful & beautifully done Birthday cake! The online order was easy to navigate & complete. The cost of the 1/2 sheet decorated cake was much more reasonable than most other grocery store chains. I was very pleasantly surprised!

I had paid for the cake and couldn’t pick it up because I had death in my family. I called the bakery and they basically said that I couldn’t do anything about but call a number that she didn’t know. I didn’t get a cake or a refund for purchasing it.

It was ok, the new way of ordering doesn’t allow for much creativity and customization. Also, picked a pick up of 4:30. We arrived and was told there was no one to give it to us until 5:00, as they were all on a break. In the past Sam’s was our go to for the bakery, but not now. They are going to have to work with people to earn our trust again.

I love the quality of cake you get for such a low price. Sam’s club has so many more options than similar competitors. We did an all black frosted cake for an RIP to your 20s party! The black came out INCREDIBLE!! The only downside I will admit is that everyone was having colorful bowel movements for about 3 days after eating the cake… still such a delicious cake and so cool that you can customize the color

I am very disappointed that you can no longer order cakes or cupcakes in the store. Ordering online, you cannot customize the way you used to be able to and it is not very user-friendly. For what we pay for memberships, this lack of customer service and lack of human contact is unacceptable. This service needs to at least provide an option to order in person in the store.
