Absolutely love Sam's Club cakes. Great quality cake at an amazing price. The cake stays moist for several days, even unrefrigerated. Just keep in a cool spot in your kitchen. My folks love icing. Sam's Club always delivers with just the right amount of icing😊 You will not be disappointed. My only negative is I wished there were a few more color choices with the custom cakes.

Good cake. Pretty. Had trouble ordering online. Do not like smaller number of letters allowed on cake that the decorator has no control of. Must order online. Not as many choices for frosting colors. No cookie cake or quarter sheet anymore. Not happy about these changes after buying cakes here for a long time. Sam’s used to be more concerned with member satisfaction.

This cake was not decorated per the instructions. It was supposed to have dots around the border and had shells. The writing was so bad I could've done a better job myself. We also asked for some exclamation points and they weren't there. This cake seemed like a rush job even though we ordered it days in advance. We have purchased beautiful cakes from Sam's in the past but this was a total let down. As with most cake purchases, it was for a special event - a retirement. Very disappointed to present this cake to the man who retired.

The cakes was very thin. No more than 1 inch tall. Balloons did not look like balloons and icing looked nothing like what was ordered.

Absolutely blew us away! We were not expecting such an awesome, beautiful cake!! Definitely impressed with the bakery staff!

Im normally happy with the decorating at Sam's, but it wasnt centered, it was printed and just weird looking.
