Great flavor

Great texture out of the oven following package instructions. Very good value for the money. We made fish tacos with them. (One family member did find a bone in one of her fillets, but it's real fish, so that's how it goes.)

Does not taste good whatsoever. no one could finish them. They come out soggy from the air fryer even after multiple attempts. Definitely would not buy again. very disappointed in quality.

Before these cod fillets were put into the new white packaging, they were really good. They are clearly being processed differently since several times there have been big, inedible tough pieces of fish in the fillets, once with skin! Am VERY disappointed that Sam's has changed these. Will not buy again.

I cooked six pieces of this fish. Have photos of the hard gray skin areas that we couldn't even chew from three of the pieces, plus about a one inch piece of (not flimsy) bone. We plan to throw the remainder of the box in the trash. First time I've had a bad experience with a MM product. So disappointed!

We are a big family and I always buy van kemp or the other brands that give a little more and are slightly cheaper… never again…. I decided to try these because they are fresh Alaskan, and not farmed. The fish itself you could tell was very flaky and underneath the batter I could even see the translucent skin. Definitely fresh and other brands are more like minced up fish that patty and then batter.. This was not like that at all. It was whole fish pieces. The batter had a wonderful beer batter taste. I followed the directions perfectly and they crisped up beautifully in the oven, they were not soggy at all and some other brands get like that. 10/10

While the flavor is not bad, the texture and consistency are. I received two boxes that had nubs (nugget or smaller sized) for about a quarter of a box each. The normal consistency should be at least as long as my index finger, but there were quite a number of crust only ones in the boxes.

Taste, which is most important, was great. Not fishy. Beer flavor was not over-powering. I had a few left over and re-heated them and they were pretty much the same taste and consistency. They were a solid piece of fish, but tender. They were easy to prepare, first time in the oven with fries and the second time in the Air Fryer. I would purchase them again.

this item is the worst item i have ever bought from sams, i have only tried to make it in airfryer, expecting the fish to come out crunchy, not even close cooked the recommend time some pieces blow open and others just dont get crunchy, i bought breaded fish so it would be crunchy, while the flavor is ok the breading just doesnt cut it
