Went to consumer reports and so happen this product was listed and was actually available. The Pedestal was also available which I purchased. I am extremely happy with this product and it gives me more features. Going to Consumer Reports review about this product was definitely a reason I bought machine and I am glad I did.

I had to replace a front load washer and sought consumer report for the best rating. Their top pick was LG so that’s what I got. It has not disappointed. I love the customizing options it gives for every load. It even plays a happy little song when it’s done!

Used the machine now for about 2 months. Relatively easy to navigate the controls. It is a champ on water conservation! Uses very little especially compared to what it replaced. A few dislikes: NO Light! This bad boy is dark inside. Items stick to the tub after the cycle finishes an are hard to see. The door cannot be switched from side to side (like the dryer). ? Required a major rework to swap positions during installation. But like the tune it plays when it finishes.

It dries our clothes much faster than any other dryer we have had and it has all the features to keep the little lady happy. So far seems to be built much better than our last dryer(we got three years use before the drum literally fell apart. Thanks for coming to our rescue LG!

You later contacted me through text and email that I was given the wrong solution for the problem. The problem was solved and no service was required. The features are great and noticed how quiet it worked compared to our old washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the washer about 2 weeks ago. The tub is bigger than we realized. There are so many options available for the temperatures, water level and amount of soiling on the clothes. The feature my wife likes the best is the timer that tells how long the whole process will take for each load. She sets her timer and when it goes off, she goes and moves that load into the dryer. Frees her up from going back and forth to check the washer.

Love the larger capacity tub because it eliminates trips to the laundromat for really big items. I would definitely recommend LG washers and other products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have the set now for 3 month..they are great for cleaning wile using very little detergent but they are very picky about were the setting stand.. the dryer it is the worst you have to figure out watt setting it prefer and some time it become very frustrating. i truly miss my older LG. This new one are great you just have to figure them out.

This washer can handle small to really large loads and is terrific for bedspreads and large loads of beach towels. The controls are intuitive and easy to read.

We were scared it would take us a month to learn how to fly these new models. We’re we ever wrong! We certified ourselves for take off after only a few minutes of reading the instruction manual.
