[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the washer for two weeks. I’ve washed clothes, bedding ( including pillows) and coats. Washer does a good job, hasn’t moved at all even though it did vibrate more than normal for the pillows. Time will tell.

The dryer works great. However, when it was installed, the installers did not check if the exhaust cross- section was big enough. This issue will not appear as a failure on the installation test. The dryer was consuming 2x as much gas as my 25 y.o. dryer. After thinking about it a bit, I removed our 47 year old exhaust vent and replaced it with a vent with a much larger cross-section. Problem fixed. LG should specify the minimum exhaust in the installation manual. I would estimate it to be 3.5-4 inches.

After a particularly bad experience with a gas dryer from a domestic (U.S.) manufacturer who claimed its product was, "dependable from day one," my new replacement gas dryer was a pleasant surprise. My previous dryer would not ignite, and after visits from five individual service technicians (none of whom were able to correct the issue), I finally gave up and purchased a new LG gas dryer. My initial impression is that it successfully ignites when heat is called for, it is quiet, and efficient. The controls are easy to understand and closely match those of my matching new LG front loading washer. It begins and ends its cycles with a cheery little tune that brings a smile to my face every time!

It is the first front loader and first LG appliance we’ve owned and we love it. Simple features which is just what we needed. Uses less water, clothes are clean, and takes less overall time than my previous top loading washer. Sure happy and saving up to buy the matching dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer has a sensor. It bases its washing time on weight and type of wash in machine. The machine is on a stand( purchased separately) so there is minimal bending involved . The only negative is that there is no light in the drum.

BUT although I clean the drum and excess water it has a lingering rotten egg smell that gets left behind I keep door cracked too. I run a drum clean cycle once every other week not sure why the smell is so bad again washer is less than 2 years old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 2nd LG washer. Previous one lasted us 15 yrs. Previous model had a major part broke so not worth fixing it. Thus we got a new one instead. We been pretty happy with with this replacement model. Just don't overload it when washing if you want to keep it longer than 10 yrs. LG added few more washing features are helpful to use now. Wife is happy with new washer. Happy Wife is Happy Life..lol. Life is Good with this company's product so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer as part of a stackable washer/dryer set to fit in a small space 6 weeks ago and it’s the best one I’ve ever owned. It washes my clothes quickly, it’s quiet and I can fit very large loads in it. I love all of the settings and function. I feel like it’s more efficient than my old side by side sets. I would highly recommend this!

At 1 year and 3 months the dryer rumbled badly. Actually it started earlier but would then sound normal. The first repair visit said there was nothing wrong. The second visit the rollers were replaced. I did notice that the back of at least one of the rollers was completely packed with lint. Now lint collects on the back of the lint screen as well as the front. Please have your repair person back to correct this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After only three weeks of laundry the weight sensor is not working properly. No matter what size load I put in the washer the time came up to 70 minutes. The washer did not run for that whole time, but this should not be happening.
