[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this right at 2 years ago. Have already had to have it repaired. Now it's making a grinding sound on start up. It doesn't wash the greatest either. As it's in agitating it actually more of a slow spin rather than agitate back and forth. Also I don't think it uses as much water as it should. Can barely see water in it.

And the timer is accurate which my old machine never was. If it says 50 min to finish a load, it will actually be done in 50 minutes! Easy and intuitive to use. I give my LG washer a A+++

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second LG product. I bought this washer just a few months ago and so far it has done a wonderful job at cleaning my clothes and bedding. I am so pleased at how clean, yet gently my queen sized quilts and comforters were washed. I have also been pleased at how well all the loads have spun, including all the bedding. I am seriously thinking about buying all LG appliances in the future.

Great washer, just had a problem with the drain in the seal for the door. It got clogged and began leaking. It was difficult to access the point where it was draining without removing the entire door seal. Other than that it has been a very reliable washing machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been pleasantly surprised with this washer. I have a 17 year old son who plays sports and rides ATV's and this washer gets all his clothes clean with no extra cycles needed. Very powerful spin cycle shortens the needed drying time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine about 3 weeks ago. It replaces an older LG front loader and just love these machines. Very straight forward buttons/selections. I use the speed cycle alot and it saves water and time. This machine spins the clothes so dry I put many on the outside clothes line and dry in 15 minutes. Easy to clean and maintain----recommend highly!!!
