Quite difficult to find the manual online... there was a web address given in the instructions, but it was invalid, as was the QR code. And the user manual is not easy to digest!

I'm very unhappy. In fact, I'm going to call Discover tomorrow and see if I can get this machine taken out of my house. I have to run the dryer through 2 cycles to get my clothes dry and then sometimes they are still damp. The company I purchased it at has been here 4 times. I'm done!

The steps being a safety problem, we decided to relocate the laundry to the first floor. We shopped for several days before we found this LG washer and dryer with the features we wanted and a price within our budget. After reviewing and studying the directions of the nicest laundry equipment she has ever had, She loves it.

Also, I have done like 3 all white loads with a white bright detergent and the results are excellent! It lets you adjust the temperature, speed and soil intensity. Its the right size for my laundry. The design is sleek and modern. Very happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Front load is much easier to load, straight from the hamper into the door, and straight from the washer into the dryer without so much lifting into a top loader, and it rinses much more efficiently than our old top loader.

I bought the dryer with the matching washer as a set with pedestals. The dryer is straight forward and easy to use. The height is good - everything at eye level. Together with the washer in my laundry room - the set looks commercial which I was surprised and really like!

I love my washer and dryer! My favorite part is when it plays a melody for me at the end of the cycle! LOVE THIS! My washer is so quiet I barly know its running which is great because I live in a loft which has NO sound proffing and I can still do my laundry whenever I wish! This has been one of my most favorite purchases! Never thought I would get so excited over an appliance!

I had to completely take the dry apart to put the propane orifice. You could make a dryer that is a lot easier to change the orifice, or sell one with it already installed. I would have to give you a 0 rating on that part. I would not recommend the dry to someone I know unless they were going to use gas.

Could not live with another brand that came with the new house so we again purchased LG products. Beautiful design. Side by side, both machines make a great work platform. Using the many functions for these is a nobrainer. Very efficient. Great value for a great price. The LG brand, in general, is the best!

I've been very happy with its use and function. my clothes always come out smelling fresh and clean and i really like the little jingle at the end to signify your clothes are finished washing. the only problem i had so far was then the door lock jammed up but LG were very helpful and sent out a technician within a few days and it was solved. Other than that, Great Product!
