[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought LG again because we have a set at home for about ten years with only one service issue. Unfortunately the catch on the washer door is not aligned properly and it’s very difficult to get the door to latch when closing.

One problem we’ve had is the tray for liquid soap, etc. is always full of water unless you gently tip it upwards and wait a couple minutes for it to empty. No big deal. The bigger problem is the gasket around the door is always full of moldy gunk black disgusting film. This is OK too if you’re willing to leave the door open to allow the interior to dry, and wipe the gasket after each use. This actually doesn’t help so I scrub with bleach and/or oxi after every wash. Pro tip: buy another model or brand that eliminates this step.

Went to consumer reports and so happen this product was listed and was actually available. The Pedestal was also available which I purchased. I am extremely happy with this product and it gives me more features. Going to Consumer Reports review about this product was definitely a reason I bought machine and I am glad I did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great. Replaces our Kenmore washer whose delivery was delayed and delayed and delayed. Store said Kenmore is really an LG rebranded, so the same mount should work. The installers said NO, but I tried it and the mount works great.

I bought this front load washing machine a month ago. I love the fact that it uses so little water and laundry detergent and that I can finally do a reasonable big load instead of two or three small loads. It is a quiet machine and I love the different cycles available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been pleasantly surprised with this washer. I have a 17 year old son who plays sports and rides ATV's and this washer gets all his clothes clean with no extra cycles needed. Very powerful spin cycle shortens the needed drying time.

The drum is large enough to do my blankets and bedspread as well. I love the speed wash that it has. When the washer is running and spinning you can barely hear that, what a bonus. Hoping to have this washer for a long time to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 10 month old LG washer malfunctioned (the pump went out) after 10 months and flooded part of my home! This happened two days after I had brand new carpeting installed in the two bedrooms! Luckily for me, my Angels arrived within 15 minutes with cleanup equipment and mitigated the loss to 10 yards of carpet pad and re-laying part of the flooring in the bathroom (W/D are in the hall bath) my W/D are still sitting in my living room after 2-1/2 weeks and my hardwood flooring is arriving this morning! it will be installed next week and I still don’t have a day for the LG serviceperson to come out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a front load washer with a large capacity and this is perfect. It does an excellent job at cleaning even the dirtiest of clothes. There are many cycles and temperatures of water to choose from. The cycles run are lengthy, which gives an excellent wash. I am very pleased with the machine.

Many of the reviews I saw indicated this was noisy, but it is quieter than the last one. Extremely satisfied!
