Both machines handled a large comforter with ease which actually surprised me. I have also noticed I can use very little liquid detergent to get a clean wash. I will also add, these machines are very attractive. I LOVE my LG’s.

The young lady who helped me was so helpful and patient. My one concern now is when I wash my bathroom rub which is oversized I have to run it over a few times to spin all the water out of it. I do enjoy the way the machine can determine weight of the load and adjust accordingly. The machine is very quiet and cleans very well.

I bought this front load washing machine a month ago. I love the fact that it uses so little water and laundry detergent and that I can finally do a reasonable big load instead of two or three small loads. It is a quiet machine and I love the different cycles available.

I bought this machine a few months ago but had serious plumbing issues that were not related to the machine. As a result I could not use my new washer for about 1 1/2 months. I am now happily using it at least once a week. It is quiet, has lots of settings to care for all my different types of washables, and cleans very well. I highly recommend it.

The washer is pretty basic and easy to use but I noticed that you can't load too much clothes into it or it won't thoroughly wash your clothes. It might be because front loaders use much less water. There is a speed wash mode which uses even less water so I only use this mode for really small loads. The normal wash sometimes takes up to 90 minutes for one load on heavy soil. All of the different modes take a least an hour to wash.

It replaced a more compact-sized one that died recently and I'm much happier with this than I ever was with the other one. This one is bigger, obviously, but works much more intuitively. It's quieter. It cleans great. The controls are easy to figure out and use.

I have never had a front loader before. I was a little concerned about not being able to control the water level. Everything comes out clean, and fresh smelling. The only thing I don't like is how long the cycles are. I can not find a chart or info on that either.

Done about 12 washes , tried all different settings ...clothes look cleaner than from my last machine. I love that the machine weighs the load and then sets the time for a wash. It’s quiet and efficient

After reviewing washers on Consumer Reports, I purchased this wash machine. It is the first front loading washer I have ever owned. The washer is very quiet and takes large loads. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 Star rating is that all of the settings are preset. While there are a number of selections, it doesn't allow you to change the water temperature, load size, etc. However, it does appear to sense how large the load size is and bases the wash on that.
