It helps washing the comforters and bedding sheets very well while being gentle with the fabric. And quite effective in removing stains on our kids' school going dresses too. Overall happy with the purchase.

The tub is large enough to handle large and bulky loads. It is great that it also adjust by weight for smaller loads as well.

Also, I have done like 3 all white loads with a white bright detergent and the results are excellent! It lets you adjust the temperature, speed and soil intensity. Its the right size for my laundry. The design is sleek and modern. Very happy with this purchase.

Great, fairly basic washer. So far, so good. I did need to contact LG customer service to help with a feature and they were terrific. Happy with my purchase. I still need to connect the App to change some of the factory pre-sets ( e.g. 70 minute wash time) but I’ll get to it.

Clothes are cleaner I believe than with my old machine. Called customer service once regarding a setting issue and it was resolved quickly by the agent. Wasn’t even on hold long so that’s a bonus! The only thing is I wish the wash settings weren’t quite so long. An hour+ to wash a load of laundry seems excessive. And yes, I know I can use the speed wash and I do frequently. I also wish the instruction manual covered more information. I know this likely won’t change, but the answer to my question wasn’t on the website or in the manual. Other than these two small things, the machines are performing well and I hope to have them for a long time! Thank you, LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect results after two months of regular use, in tandem with the matching washer we've had in operation for about a year. Clothes, inexplicably, just come out of the machine in a softer, fluffier texture - no fabric softener involved. I wish pre-sets could be tweaked more flexibly, but the "Manual" setting let's you do anything you wish. Excellent bonus features like three hours of anti-wrinkle after drying (a tumble or two per minute or so), and a sensor that reports clogs of lint in the exhaust line.

Could not live with another brand that came with the new house so we again purchased LG products. Beautiful design. Side by side, both machines make a great work platform. Using the many functions for these is a nobrainer. Very efficient. Great value for a great price. The LG brand, in general, is the best!

It works great, quietly and efficiently!

Washer had an extensive leak with water coming out the bottom the first time we used it. LG did not have a repair specialist in our area so they offered a refund of our full purchase price. We really wanted a replacement brought in since we had the matching dryer but that wasn't an option. We accepted the refund, but now have to figure out what to do with the washer and/or get another one. Very disappointed since it was a brand new washer that leaked.
