[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the worse luck with washing machines. I had high hopes for this one. I’m pretty pleased overall. It’s fast, efficient, and easy to use. The things I don’t like are that it’s already had to be worked on and I’ve only had it 13 months. The rubber around the door got loose and it starting leaky water. That was frustrating. Keeping that seal dry and not smelling of mildew is a challenge. But I prefer the front loader to the top loader without the agitator. I feel like my clothes get clean.

It's very quiet compared to our other old front load washer. So far mold and mildew has not been a problem either as our old washer had serious problems. I own several LG products and so far I've been very happy with all of them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 2nd LG washer. Previous one lasted us 15 yrs. Previous model had a major part broke so not worth fixing it. Thus we got a new one instead. We been pretty happy with with this replacement model. Just don't overload it when washing if you want to keep it longer than 10 yrs. LG added few more washing features are helpful to use now. Wife is happy with new washer. Happy Wife is Happy Life..lol. Life is Good with this company's product so far.

Purchased a little over a month ago. Things started out great. The larger capacity was a huge bonus. We found ourselves doing fewer loads and devoting less time to laundry. About a week in, there was a leak. I chalked it up to overspray from the drainage tube which didn’t seem to be pushed into the wall far enough. So I fixed that and proceeded as normal. About a week later, another leak. This time with plenty of suds, so I knew it wasn’t from the intake. And the drainage tube was secure at the washer end and also at the wall end. There was no water on the back or sides of the machine, which meant it was coming from under the washer. That was something I couldn’t assess or fix. I jumped online with LG Support, who were EXTREMELY responsive. They walked me through some basic steps to double check things I had previously checked (connections, cracks, etc) which was very understandable. Then set me up with a ticket for a local service rep to come and check things out. 48 hours later, turns out that due to the unavailability of a service rep in my area. The only option available to me was for LG to refund my purchase. So, soon we’ll have a new washer! Hoping washer two is leak free because everything else with this purchase and LG has been fantastic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My LG washer works well. My only complaint is how long some of the loads take. My previous LG was around 55 min. per load. This one has gone sometimes to 70 min. so I use a perma press cycle that takes less time than a regular cycle might take. But all in all I like the washer and have no other complaints so far. I had to search online for a manual to explain how to use the control panel since it didn't come with any info on the control panel.
