[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this machine for a month and am tremendously pleased. It definitely cleans clothes extremely well, far better than my old machine. My clothes look cleaner. It is quiet. The spin cycle dries the clothes so well it makes for a shorter drying time. A wonderful machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like everything about the machine except the water does not get hot - only 92 degrees. The temp setting between warm and hot was only in the 80's. According to the lgcommunity.us.com this has been a long time (going back 8 yrs) issue with the LG machines. Numerous customers have complained about this. You can feel the hot water enter the machine through the intake hose and it is blazing. I was told there is an internal regular that only allows very little hot water to enter. Even on the tub clean cycle it was only 92 degrees.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this unit the end of November 2020 but due to popularity it was no available for deliver until the end of January 2021. Extremely quiet, uses less water than expected but clothes and bedding already seem cleaner, and the spin cycle seems to leave them dryer. I read the entire manual before use which was helpful. We currently use powder detergent and followed the directions and removed the liquid dispenser as per the manual. We wash everything in cold which is a simple selection on the controls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this LG after having 2 Maytag lemons. For the first time in 2 yrs I feel like our clothes are clean and smell clean. I can do bulky bedding and not have my machine go out of balance. The time it says a load will take is pretty accurate I gave 4 stars just because I wish the new model machines weren’t quite so water conservative If this lasts more than a year without me having to call for maintenance then that will be a bonus. So far, I am not disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this machine over a month ago and use it frequently. I like the tap cold water feature. Although the outside dimensions of the machine are the same as my old one, the inside dimension is larger which allows larger loads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the washer dryer combo a few months ago, they work great. Gave it 4 stars because the computer board cover wasnt snapped on properly and it did enough damage to the wires going to the drain pump that it had to be replaced and I was without a washer for 2 weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do quite a bit of laundry. My previous front load washer was a work horse for more than fourteen years with only the front door gasket needing to be replaced after ten. I replaced it after the main bearing went bad, buying my current LG Model WM3400CW. Loading the LG is a bit more tricky, because if not loaded "just so" the entire cycle could be extended beyond the 89 minute time estimated by the machine to nearly three hours or the cycle would stop at the spin and an "uneven load" notification would flash, requiring the load to be manually adjusted and then restarting. Occasionally, I would miss the window of opportunity to adjust the load if I was not at home and since there is no singular spin cycle, I would default to use the "Quick Wash" cycle to extract the water from the laundry.

My old washer sounded like a jet engine in spin cycle. My new LG is so quiet I go and check if it’s still washing the clothes. I’m so pleased with the ease of operating this washer. The controls are very easy to operate and my clothes come out perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 4.5 LG washer got a hole inside one of the hoses. Fernando was great in sending out a good technician who had it fixed. Everything went smooth. I appreciate the help and the following up to ensure everything is done. Thank you so much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched and bought this washer. I am very happy with its performance and features. I love having energy efficiency and great cleaning cycles. The clothes come out of the spin cycle wrung out well making dryer time shorter!
