My clothes are coming out cleaner than they used to and with the variety of settings it is easy to find the one you want. This unit is also easy to use.

Negative is the owner’s manual. Not complete enough on the features usage. Tells you to download the complete manual and when you do, you cannot print it!

Extreme efficient. Clothes smell clean and are not wrinkled when I unload them. We have quite a few LG products in our home and will continue to purchase the LG brand

It works great, quietly and efficiently!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this washing machine for a month and have loved it so much after dealing with a quirky one for years. It is spacious and works well. No bells or whistles, but it gets our clothes clean and doesn't try to launch into space with a load of towels! It's a win win!

Washer had an extensive leak with water coming out the bottom the first time we used it. LG did not have a repair specialist in our area so they offered a refund of our full purchase price. We really wanted a replacement brought in since we had the matching dryer but that wasn't an option. We accepted the refund, but now have to figure out what to do with the washer and/or get another one. Very disappointed since it was a brand new washer that leaked.

This LG washer is quite, uses little water, clothes come out spotless. The Delay Start is an awesome feature, load the machine, set it to start an hour before you are planning to be home. Return home and the clothes just finished. Not sitting in the machine for 8 plus hours getting wrinkled!!!
