[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently, I had to replace my front-load washer, and chose LG because of positive reviews. I love it! It's very efficient, and much quieter than my previous machine. I like what I have read about LG appliances, and eventually, all my other appliances will be replaced with LG.

Not only is the support group terrible in getting any help with it when things break, but the actual washer is too sensitive. Having to make sure the load is under half full is terrible. Especially on something they include the word HEAVY in the name of it.

Very efficient and extremely quiet. Solid build and flexible functions. I installed the dryer myself. The instructions were clear and explicit. Would buy again in the future. Highly recommended.

Nice design, pleasing to the eyes, and have matching gas dryer Yes, you can set cold water for washes, along with high spin. Cost effective and has direct drive system.

Excellent quality and design made it perfect in the space available. The dryer brackets fastened from the front of the washer which is much better than the competitors design. Sleek design allows for installation within the dimensions advertised.

In my opinion, it has earned the evaluation. After a few weeks of use, I am completely satisfied with the quality and efficiency shown in cleaning a variety of fabrics. I am also very impressed with how quiet the machine is while running. This is a top quality product at a very affordable price.

We brought an LG as previous washer was an LG and it last for twenty years plus. Love the machine, however, it did not last a year. What I am very disappointed about is the customer service from LG. I am re thinking buying any future products that are LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in September of last year when moving to an apartment - I have had no issues since purchasing. It is able to fit king sized comforters and blankets with ease. The only thing that I am a bit frustrated with is that the people who installed it did not leave me with the transits bolts for moving purposes.
