[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] order was screwed up was supposed to be stacked, did not bring stacking kit. when using washer found out it was not leveled, so I managed to level myself. after kit came in and finally got someone to stack them installers found out that the dryer vent was not attached at the dryer. While stacking they did not have the proper screws, After they left I found out again that they did not connect the dryer vent again so I did it myself. I still have not figured out what to do about one door opening in one direction and the opposite on the other the washer works even better than we could have hoped.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer a month ago and I am very pleased with it. I found that it cleans the clothing much better. I love that it is almost silent. The various settings help getting the washing the way you want it, whether it is heavily soiled or very delicate lingerie. It does the work perfectly. I highly recommend it especially for short people who have problem getting the clothes out from a top loader.

Before we bought our washer, we read several reviews. The LG was rated #1 among washers. I like the ease of selecting the appropriate cycle and its quiet operation. I also like that the door can be left open after a wash to air out. That was always a problem with our previous washer which used a very strong magnet that sealed the door any time it was left partially ajar.

Didn’t expect to have to wait 2+ weeks for a pickup of old one and even more for delivery of the new one. I was and am still very put out by this defective machine.

After delivery and set up we like our choice. Both the washer and dryer run great, Stacked well, no vibration and runs quite!

We bought our LG washing machine a few weeks ago, and are very pleased with it. Along with its partner dryer, the combination fits perfectly in a closet, and is very easy to use. I use less detergent than before, and the clothes come out just right every time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my last LG washer with this one. Only negative: length of wash cycle. regular wash 70minutes! Definitely longer than my older one. Speed wash 15min. I think it was 25 before. Makes more sense.

After a particularly bad experience with a gas dryer from a domestic (U.S.) manufacturer who claimed its product was, "dependable from day one," my new replacement gas dryer was a pleasant surprise. My previous dryer would not ignite, and after visits from five individual service technicians (none of whom were able to correct the issue), I finally gave up and purchased a new LG gas dryer. My initial impression is that it successfully ignites when heat is called for, it is quiet, and efficient. The controls are easy to understand and closely match those of my matching new LG front loading washer. It begins and ends its cycles with a cheery little tune that brings a smile to my face every time!
