[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a few weeks ago and have really enjoyed it. It’s very easy to use once you get the hang of it, washes clothes very effectively, and then spins them out to the point where they’re almost dry. We couldn’t be happier!

I bought this about 6 months ago. works great. I was a little frustrated at first about not being able to open the door at certain times. but I figured out what I needed to. I also leaned against machine which did something to make the "beep" of the buttons not work and I had to reach out to Customer Service to help me get the "beeps" back. no issues since and that was user issue

The WM3400CW washer is another fine example of top notch LG Engineering. Even the LED is so bright and sharp. Many of my white laundry has become VERY White. I consider this unit as the finest washer made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 20 yo Kenmore dryer on our laundry center gave out, although the washer was fine we decided it was time to modernize our laundry equipment. So glad we did, now getting clothes cleaner with less detergent and water, and faster. Spin cycle works so well it’s half the time in the dryer. And the units stack, so it’s not taking anymore room than our old laundry center.

The support and service at installation and understanding the features and ease of use exceeded my wife's and my expectations. What had been a choire with our old equipment became a pleasure - who would do the laundry? was a now a competition to do it, not avoid it !!

We bought this bc Wirecutter recommended the more premium version, and we didn't need as many bells and whistles. Works well so far and is pretty quiet! (Especially compared to our old washer with broken spider) The only annoying thing is I haven't figured out a way to default to a specific custom setting, and you can't tell how long it will take for the cycle until you've actually started the cycle.

Had this washer for 1.5 months. Great Washers with Low Water/Power Usage. On the Speed Wash setting - quick (15 minutes) and only uses 4.6 gallons/load. We're in water restricted area in Northern Calif and this really helps out in meeting our restrictions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer works well but has a couple of quirks. Will shut off if over suds and have to run rinse and spin to get rid of leftover water. Sometimes completes cycle but leaves suds and water behind washer. Manual problem page states to use 1/4 to 1/2 recommended detergent maker amount. This has helped resolve these issues. l

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] order was screwed up was supposed to be stacked, did not bring stacking kit. when using washer found out it was not leveled, so I managed to level myself. after kit came in and finally got someone to stack them installers found out that the dryer vent was not attached at the dryer. While stacking they did not have the proper screws, After they left I found out again that they did not connect the dryer vent again so I did it myself. I still have not figured out what to do about one door opening in one direction and the opposite on the other the washer works even better than we could have hoped.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After about 8 washes I am happy with this choice. It has all the features I care about or need. Who needs WiFi for doing laundry? That's a wasted couple of hundred bucks. This machine is quiet, looks great and is highly rated.
