I bought this washer I. December 3022. The delivery guy arrived earlier then the scheduled time. I called the main office and after originally refusing he came back a couple hours later. He was in a hurry to install and as soon as O started it up it shook . I jury rigged something yo keep it in balance but now the rubber gasket on the front is falling open and a part seemingly holding it in place is off track.

I have no regrets and would highly recommend this machine to anyone looking for one. My clothes look and feel and smell clean. At first, I thought the controls would be hard to navigate, but it was not hard in the slightest. The manual was easy to follow. The load capacity was more than I expected it to be. I can do bedding without any issues. The cute little “jingle” is a nice change from the typical buzzer on other machines. Again I must say I love it!

When the five grand children are out of school, I can run two or three loads through it in a day, and everything comes out clean and fresh - I love it! My only wish was that the washer had a light inside of it.

We wanted to replace it with one that was comparable and we are not at all disappointed. We love the fact that it handles larger loads and uses less water. I find it very easy to use and we are so impressed with how quiet it is. We also purchased the store drawer unit for below and are dry happy with the storage space and the smooth way the drawer operates.

It took an internet search to figure out what all of the cycles do, since the manual doesn't say a single word about them. I don't like that I have to set the soil level, temp. level, and spin speed every single time. The default settings do not work for me.

Installation team in my area was great. Cleans well with minimal soap. My only comment is that it has electronic music at the end of the cycles. My laundry room is in the lower level of my home and I can not hear the sound upstairs. My old machine had a buzzer and I could here it anywhere in the house.

Could not live with another brand that came with the new house so we again purchased LG products. Beautiful design. Side by side, both machines make a great work platform. Using the many functions for these is a nobrainer. Very efficient. Great value for a great price. The LG brand, in general, is the best!
