It works better than my last one, and it worked very well. It's quiet, very energy efficient and leaves my clean clothes looking smart with they come out. Very little ironing needed if I collect them right after the drying cycle is complete. I highly recommend LG products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this washer for a couple of weeks now and I’m really happy with it. It replaced a 30 year old model from another manufacturer. It’s easy to set up, all you have to do is dial in the type of load (normal, towels, bedding, etc.) and it sets the appropriate parameters and runs. I use the detergent pods so I just throw one of those in with the laundry and it’s good. There’s also a tray where you can add liquid or powdered detergent and fabric softener or bleach. Very good purchase.

I have had an LG washer before - I much prefer this model as it has a hose at the bottom left side which helps to let you take the water out (maintenance) - old model didn't have anything like this, but you still had to drain water out from time to time.

We feared the front loader due to past experience with other brands, specifically smell but we do not experience that with this unit. Highly recommend the pedestal! Sets it at the perfect height for your back1

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and so far I am really happy with it. It's pretty quiet and seems to use hardly any water, but it's too soon to tell on my water bill. I'm still having to get used to the front-loads and how they work. My only concern is the tub getting out of whack over time, but we'll see. Only grips is that since all the spinning with my new uses, it needs to have one of the little leg adjusters fixed so it will stop making this squeaky sound, but seems to be an easy fix.

We were very excited to purchase this washer after having to get rid of our 20 year old device. Though the price was what we wanted to pay, the unit feels very fragile with so many plastic components. We were very disappointed to see just how "breakable" it feels- the door, the front panel, etc.

At this point it does everything we wanted, dries much quicker and better than our old model and I’ve had no issues whatsoever. We’re hoping that our good fortune continues and it turns out to be a terrific investment.
