However, I did try washing a coat by itself and it wouldn't do the final spin right (kept getting an uneven load error) so it was soaking wet when I moved it to the dryer.

My previous front load washer was a work horse for more than fourteen years with only the front door gasket needing to be replaced after ten. I replaced it after the main bearing went bad, buying my current LG Model WM3400CW. Loading the LG is a bit more tricky, because if not loaded "just so" the entire cycle could be extended beyond the 89 minute time estimated by the machine to nearly three hours or the cycle would stop at the spin and an "uneven load" notification would flash, requiring the load to be manually adjusted and then restarting. Occasionally, I would miss the window of opportunity to adjust the load if I was not at home and since there is no singular spin cycle, I would default to use the "Quick Wash" cycle to extract the water from the laundry.

I am quite satisfied with its features offered plus its additional ones that I did not have on my old one. The music on the end of the wash, still makes me smile! A very enjoyable product that makes wash day - fun.

The washer had an issue with the Delicate cycle in the first week of use. We read online that a loop needed to be created to fix the issue and it seems ok now. Now on to the dryer issues. Wish I had kept my old washer and dryer from the 80s. I was trying to save water and electricity. What a mistake.

We were very excited to purchase this washer after having to get rid of our 20 year old device. Though the price was what we wanted to pay, the unit feels very fragile with so many plastic components. We were very disappointed to see just how "breakable" it feels- the door, the front panel, etc.

It wasn’t until last week I actually was successful at getting it serviced. For the amount spent on this set, I didn’t expect to have any issues with my product. The service guy was great knowledgeable and gave insight. He replaced the karts that were needed and even gave knowledge on products.

It took almost 3 weens to get a warranty guy out to fix it. It worked for 2 days, and it is, once again, dumping water all over the floor.
