[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer has the basic functions we need, but we've been disappointed that loads don't always come out dry and that drying times take so long. A feature missing for us is an optional chime to signal a cycle's end. Thankfully, it does have a reversible door, unlike its paired washer (WM3400CW).

I’ve only used it a couple of times, but I’m very pleased with how easy it is to program the different functions. I like the large capacity making it great for comforters and large loads. I like the front load with regard to it’s efficiency-low water consumption.

I haven’t bought a washer/dryer in 22 years! When it came time, I did my research and found that LG products were at the top of all the lists I saw. A recent purchase of an LG refrigerator confirmed that this was the right choice. The price was competitive and the delivery without incident. I am pleased with this set.

This is my first front load machine and I’m probably not buying any more top loaders. The spin at the end gets the water out of the clothes better, and the balancing works better. This is much quieter too.

This is the second LG Washer we purchased. The previous one we sold with our older home and it was 9 years old and running perfectly! Because of the great quality of this washer we wanted another one. The many features are awesome….so many choices of washing options! We highly recommend this product!

Thus we got a new one instead. We been pretty happy with with this replacement model. Just don't overload it when washing if you want to keep it longer than 10 yrs. LG added few more washing features are helpful to use now. Wife is happy with new washer. Happy Wife is Happy Life..lol. Life is Good with this company's product so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wash loads are very difficult spin without being out of balance. "Smart Balance" feature does not appear to work. Machine is level on concrete surface and all instructions for loading clothes are followed. Machine frequently makes loud knocking noises when attempting to spin, and machine move several inches across the floor. I requested warranty service several months ago and have. Received an acknowledgement and then nothing more. I Wish I have never bought this machine.

Since the arrival of this machine, I feel like doing laundry daily because of its ease of use. The app makes it even better, along with the low noise during cycle and the buzzer when completed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] O purchased my washer in 2020 Overall I love my washing machine. It cleans the clothes excellent!!! It's very quiet except for when it spins all the wash out of the items... man is it loud!!! it had a rubber-burning smell for the 1st 6mos I had it and it's gone! It's easy to clean and there's no stinky smell. I make sure I wipe down the rubber seal and keep the door cracked. I would definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After years of using brutally tough agitating top loaders, my break came when finally our formal machine broke. I had used a neighbors front load washer and was extremely impressed by the gentle, yet beating action on the clothes. Our formal washer used 45 gallons on medium wash cycle which was just wasted into the drain, our new LG uses approximately 4 gallons for the appropriately sized laundry. It spins so quickly, the laundry almost comes out dry which reduces the time in the dryer to 15 minutes. Watching the machine "think" as it balances a load is incredible, as well as the incredibly quiet motor makes for a pleasant conversation piece. Most of all, it has the most cycles and diverse washing options and it is homemade close to where I live. That means a lot to me knowing my purchase made a difference in my community.
