[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer over a couple of months ago, and I have been having issues with it. No one wants to take the accountability to fix it or replace my washer. It is not washing the clothes correctly. The clothes come out stink, or unwashed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] order was screwed up was supposed to be stacked, did not bring stacking kit. when using washer found out it was not leveled, so I managed to level myself. after kit came in and finally got someone to stack them installers found out that the dryer vent was not attached at the dryer. While stacking they did not have the proper screws, After they left I found out again that they did not connect the dryer vent again so I did it myself. I still have not figured out what to do about one door opening in one direction and the opposite on the other the washer works even better than we could have hoped.

Had this washer for one year plus one month, then the electronics died/seized up, which prevented further use. Given the price of a new circuit board, I chose to dump this washer and buy a new one (different brand). Hugely disappointing, to say the least, since my previous 10-year old LG front-load washer was still going strong, with absolutely no problems; I left it in the house I sold last year and thought a new LG washer would be grand...BIG mistake!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the 3400 set since all the models seem to have the same basic components. The only real differences are the amount of preset load types and in my experience all I need are normal, delicate and towels settings. It works great and is much quieter than expected. Made my own bases since the the LG bases are way overpriced. I do wish the load finished music was different between the washer and dryer so I would know which one is finished.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the washer, it washes well, spins out really dry, saves drying time. However - at 11 months old - it needs a new pump and control board. Factory service has been slow. I would recommend the washer when working, but not pleased with the fact that it is broken already

It is very quiet, uses far less water than my previous machine and has a lot of features that lets you customize what you want to do with your particular load of clothes. Highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has a great capacity load and is nice and quiet. You can choose a speed wash or select for the type of load like bedding, casual. I have washed king size sheets and mattress cover at once and it want a problem. They came out clean and were not super wet. The dpi cycle works like a champ! I’m very happy with the washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer replaces a 15-year-old LG dryer. It’s larger and smarter than the previous LG, which shows the benefit of LG’s increasing experience building such products. The bottom line is we’re very happy with our choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good price, energy saving, quiet, good choice of cycles. Instructions for use not clear--sometimes you have to keep pressing the button to get it to start, sometimes not. Also, the cycles are very long, all over an hour.
