[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This front-load machine’s buttons are organized in a confusing manner. The pause button is near a cycle name and the turn knob can be hard to figure out. You have to literally turn it to get the options to pop up.

I bought this machine about a month ago and I’m very satisfied. Clothes come out cleaner than when I had my top loader. I’ll probably never go with a top loader again. Some washes can be longer than I’m used to, but I’m fine with it if it washes this clean!

I bought this to replace my 20 year old LG. I never had an issue or repair. I definitely got my moneys worth. This LG is very efficient and my clothes come out spotless. Nice big drum, really reduces the amount of loads I run. I highly recommend and will never purchase another brand.

It is Very simple to use no guess work at all. Even my husband (who is electronically challenged) figured it out in short order. My son and his wife raved about their machine so when we needed one THIS IS IT. And it’s quite as a mouse. Wash couldn’t be cleaner it even got out some old dingy spots.

We were very excited to purchase this washer after having to get rid of our 20 year old device. Though the price was what we wanted to pay, the unit feels very fragile with so many plastic components. We were very disappointed to see just how "breakable" it feels- the door, the front panel, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought my washer about two weeks ago. Overall I'm very happy and pleased with my washer. I wish the manual had a view more details in it about the washer. But I'm figuring out all the little things as I go.

Great, fairly basic washer. So far, so good. I did need to contact LG customer service to help with a feature and they were terrific. Happy with my purchase. I still need to connect the App to change some of the factory pre-sets ( e.g. 70 minute wash time) but I’ll get to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect results after two months of regular use, in tandem with the matching washer we've had in operation for about a year. Clothes, inexplicably, just come out of the machine in a softer, fluffier texture - no fabric softener involved. I wish pre-sets could be tweaked more flexibly, but the "Manual" setting let's you do anything you wish. Excellent bonus features like three hours of anti-wrinkle after drying (a tumble or two per minute or so), and a sensor that reports clogs of lint in the exhaust line.

Only problem was the main board failed after only six months of usage. The warranty did take care of everything, but the parts took almost 2 months to come in.

It has many settings that are easy and convenient to use and. It looks sleek and don’t not make a very loud noise which I love. It dries my clothes completely and does not ruin anything or leave anything damp.
