[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about six weeks ago. Works great. Even washed a queen sized bedspread with no issues. Loved that it told me to run a tub clean cycle after about a month. Cycles are a bit long but I expect that’s because of the energy savings - I don’t really know because the documentation that comes with it doesn’t say much. I had to go to the online manual to find out 69 minutes was correct for a full normal load. Still love the machine though.

The clothes come out clean and almost dry. I always dry off the water which accumulates at the “lip” as well as the glass door with a washcloth... and then I leave the door open until the next use.

I found that I could buy almost the same machine, but with the latest features and improvements. I'm sure when I must replace my dryer, I will also go with LG brand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the washer for 2 months now. Great overall, only downside is that for parts of the cycle it can be louder than expected. Closing the door is easy enough. Bought the pedestal with it and saves from leaning over too much.

ran out, it started leaking water from somewhere. some online tips have not solved the problem so now we are looking at an expensive house call from a repairman. not happy with this unit. maybe it's a lemon, but seriously, right after the warranty expired????

You later contacted me through text and email that I was given the wrong solution for the problem. The problem was solved and no service was required. The features are great and noticed how quiet it worked compared to our old washer.

I have been pleased with the ease of use, the performance and convenience so far. It came highly recommended by a family member who works in a large store selling many modelss and makes of washers. As a person who has done laundry for about 60 years and is less agile than at age 20, I would recommend buying the pedestal so the height is raised and you do not need to crawl into the large capacity tub to move the wet clothes to the dryer!

I love my washer and dryer! My favorite part is when it plays a melody for me at the end of the cycle! LOVE THIS! My washer is so quiet I barly know its running which is great because I live in a loft which has NO sound proffing and I can still do my laundry whenever I wish! This has been one of my most favorite purchases! Never thought I would get so excited over an appliance!
