[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in July. Happy that it was in stock and available in the store - no waiting 6 months like other brands. Installation team in my area was great. Cleans well with minimal soap. My only comment is that it has electronic music at the end of the cycles. My laundry room is in the lower level of my home and I can not hear the sound upstairs. My old machine had a buzzer and I could here it anywhere in the house.

Ordered washer/dryer pair and stacking bracket direct from LG. Price was same as 'big box' stores, plus no additional charge for delivery, setup, and haul away which was great. However, bracket delivered separate, and delivery/setup contractor would not install due to bracket not being included on their truck (company policy). Installation was relatively painless, but would have been ideal if I did not have to do it myself. Delivery contractors were quite friendly, and did leave the necessary hose connections. Washer and dryer are great. Huge capacity in a standard 27 inch width. Very quiet compared to my previous units (non-LG). The doors, hinges, and closures are all solid. Washer will 'final spin' the clothes well on 'Medium' setting. Also, the bottom of the washer tub slopes down towards the back so that water drains better and will hopefully reduce mildew buildup on the door gasket. This was an issue with my last front load washer. With the Dryer, I tried different drying temperatures and landed on the 'High' heat setting as my go-to for standard loads if I want to get drying completed within 50 to 90 minutes. That's fine. I figure medium and low heat will handle smaller, more delicate loads without excessive time or damage to the material. Overall, I really like this washer/dryer pair. They are a definite step up in quality and design from my old set. I'd recommend this LG set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the washer for about 3 weeks now and am very happy with it. The settings are fairly intuitive and the manual layout is easy to navigate. There are a number of options that include temperature, spin speed and even a delay mode! I’ve been having fun trying all the settings. It’s always nice to have options for various fabrics that I’ve got. The stackable option is a space saving plus especially in the small room I have to work with.

We brought an LG as previous washer was an LG and it last for twenty years plus. Love the machine, however, it did not last a year. What I am very disappointed about is the customer service from LG. I am re thinking buying any future products that are LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well and really spins things dry, high RPM, allows clothes to dry faster. Nice design, pleasing to the eyes, and have matching gas dryer Yes, you can set cold water for washes, along with high spin. Cost effective and has direct drive system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my LG washer and dryer for about 1 yr now and love them! I have had no issues whatsoever. Its much quieter than my previous top loaders and does a phenomenal job with clothes coming out clean. I’ve also noticed my water bills have gone down. The only drawbacks i see are you can’t flip the door opening. If you have your dryer on the left, like mine is, its awkward to move things from the washer to the dryer. The other issue is I wish there was an internal light. Its not always easy to find that missing sock in the dark. 😄

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer for a couple of months now and it seems to do the job. Thankfully the normal cycle works well enough because if I wanted to change any settings I'd be very frustrated. As with the matching drier that I also bought, the controls are infuriatingly inscrutable and the opposite of intuitive. The layout, the choices and the need to press multiple buttons multiple times to change settings drives me to the brink. And the spin cycle is pretty noisy. I replaced an old machine with bad bearings that sounded like a jet plane on the tarmac and this one is just a bit quieter. I will say that it really rings the water out which is good.

I've had the washer 2.5 weeks and have been very happy with it. I like that it calculates the weight of the load and adjust the wash time accordingly. My only disappointment is the lack of a drum light, it's very hard to see inside without a light, else I would have given 5 stars.

I recently got a new place hat came with appliances and this dryer was part of it. It dries pretty quick and well. I've had electric dryers which definitely take longer to dry. I really like this dryer because it's easy to use but I wish it had a de-wrinkle option when you leave your clothes in the dryer and they get wrinkled if you don't put them away right away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the features it has. You can manage your drying time from 20-40-60mins or just press the button that is suitable for your load. Excellent in drying king & queen comforters. Our last one lasted 12 years with no problems.
