[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washer but temperamental door. Regular maintenance is required to remove lint from door gasket and care must be taken to not overfill the soap tray. This machine is designed for low water Low soap use so owner needs to know how to use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this over a year now and, with 7 people, it gets alot of use. The only thing I would change is that you can’t just start after powering on. I have to tweak the setting dial for it to recognize even though I usually run the default dial setting. Non a big issue but a small inconvenience. Maintenance is also easy ( cleaning filter on bottom of front). You do need to make sure door is completely shut for it to run and so that not even a drip comes out of bottom door seal, but that is true with most front loaders.

Bought this in September 2022, I absolutely love it! My husband and I are retired, our cloths are not considered dirty just daily worn clothing. I love the option of the speed wash, it’s long enough to wash your cloths without it running for over one hour. It’s a added plus to the many selections on the LG machine. Plus the drum is nice and large to fit my king comforter. Excellent purchase.

The washer and pedestal were delivered at the same time. However, the installer wouldn't hook up the washer to the hoses because they were "old." They were steel wrapped and in excellent condition. The installers put in place and tested the balance by trying to rock the machine. They didn't try to hook up the drain. When I tried to hook up the drain I realized that the hose was too short. I called the installers and they said that they didn't carry extra parts and I'd have to buy an extension. I did and also noticed the installers hadn't installed the plugs that go in the back of the washer. I wound up installing the washer myself and adjusting the balance. The manual appears to be for several models because I can't connect my phone to the washer as the manual implies.

I bought this machine a few months ago but had serious plumbing issues that were not related to the machine. As a result I could not use my new washer for about 1 1/2 months. I am now happily using it at least once a week. It is quiet, has lots of settings to care for all my different types of washables, and cleans very well. I highly recommend it.

I bought this to replace my 20 year old LG. I never had an issue or repair. I definitely got my moneys worth. This LG is very efficient and my clothes come out spotless. Nice big drum, really reduces the amount of loads I run. I highly recommend and will never purchase another brand.

It took an internet search to figure out what all of the cycles do, since the manual doesn't say a single word about them. I don't like that I have to set the soil level, temp. level, and spin speed every single time. The default settings do not work for me.

It is easy to use, gets the clothes really clean, has a lot of different settings for different clothing types and level of dirtiness, is fairly quiet and is energy efficient. I would recommend this washer.

"Command Central" as my wife refers to the controls on the dryer and washer. She stacked the units and unfortunately with my disabilities unable to reach the dryer on top controls. Frustrating. May save water based on a decrease in water bill. Very, very quiet running both dryer and washer.
