[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A good machine except it has a terrible time dealing with auto-sensing on the delicate setting, never getting the clothes dry. Other settings seem to work fine. But if you want to dry at low temps, set it on manual.

This washing machine is well built, attractive in appearance and does a great job of getting the laundry clean. Very nice features and easy to understand how to use them. The spin cycle dies a great job of extracting the water which helps them take less time drying. Energy saving feature. Money well spent on a product that should last for many years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this machine for a couple of months now. It cleans very well, even on the speed wash cycle. We have noticed at least a 50% difference in less dryer time. We have also noticed almost no lint in the dryer. All the features we have used so far work exactly like we thought/hoped they would. Would recommend the pedestal if your not going to stack. We are in our late 60's and figure as good as this product works it will be the last one buy.

Clothes DO NOT get clean and have a stale odor after washing and drying with my LG set. I have to 1)RINSE before washing, ADDING 1-2 gallons water 2) ADD AT LEAST 3 gallons of water to wash cycle 3) RINSE AGAIN after wash cycle is done. Very time consuming and NOT High Efficiency.

There are many wash features to choose from - my only complaint is the descriptions and choice of features are hard to see... wish the writing was larger. But overall its a great product and I'm very happy we went with LG

The tub is large enough to handle large and bulky loads. It is great that it also adjust by weight for smaller loads as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago to replace my old LG front load washer. I love my LG! It washes even better than my old model and seems to be more efficient. The only thing I don’t like is it didn’t come in red, like my old LG.

We were scared it would take us a month to learn how to fly these new models. We’re we ever wrong! We certified ourselves for take off after only a few minutes of reading the instruction manual. I looked for a washer that had plenty of control options and would be quiet at high spin speeds. This LG really delivers! The quick wash is my favorite since we have 3-4 loads per day. Washing a thick comforter was a breeze with the heavy-duty setting. I'm so pleased with this purchase and I definitely recommend buying this washer.
