Had this washer for one year plus one month, then the electronics died/seized up, which prevented further use. Given the price of a new circuit board, I chose to dump this washer and buy a new one (different brand). Hugely disappointing, to say the least, since my previous 10-year old LG front-load washer was still going strong, with absolutely no problems; I left it in the house I sold last year and thought a new LG washer would be grand...BIG mistake!!

This machine is so quiet. Even friends on the phone mention how quiet it is! And the spin cycle is amazing! The clothes come out almost dry. And did I mention it's quiet? Well, the end of cycle sound is not a loud obnoxious buzzer but a quiet little melody. I would buy this again in a heartbeat!

I've heard bad things about front-loading washers, but I am here to tell you that I love this thing. I carefully read the instructions about loading clothes and using the correct (very small) amount of detergent. My clothes come out cleaner than from my old top loader and smelling wonderful. It is pretty easy to set and has more settings than I even really need. I love this thing!!!

It is very quiet, even when spinning out. Our old top-load washer was so loud that it was hard to talk or hear the TV when it was in the spin cycle.

This is the third pair of LG Washers and Dryers we have bought. They are great and work well. They also last something that you don't always find in some appliances today. We had an LG washer and dryer in the home we just sold. They were more than 15 years old and still going strong. So we of course bought an LG washer and dryer for our new home! We have a second home in Puerto Rico and installed a pair there as well and are looking forward to years of reliable service from them. We highly recommend LG products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved into my house in 2021 and found that the washer/dryer weren't really working. I was doing laundry outside of my house for months before finally deciding on this washer. I've had it for about 3 weeks and have used it 3 times. So far so good. I was concerned at first when the time would pop up on the screen and say 70-90 minutes for a wash cycle, but fortunately when it gets going it hasn't taken that long. It's quiet and I'm hopeful this lasts for quite a while because it was a pain to have to remove old ones/install new ones in my narrow rowhome.

I like the larger capacity and it seems a bit quieter than my older washer so that is great as front loaders can be quite loud during the spin cycle. The design & style is also quite functional and attractive. Overall I'm quite happy at this point but have only owned it a few weeks.
