It has a good selection of load settings which have handled all types of loads get effectively and efficiently cleaned. CON: If you are a senior person with difficulty bending to reach into the washing machine, it is sometimes hard to reach small articles of clothing that are at the back of the drum ( we use a grabber so no real issues).

I was hoping I was not making a mistake and thankfully I didn't. l love them. Just last night I washed a king quilt and shams, had absolutely no problems and they came out perfectly clean. Would highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought as clothes dryers go, they were pretty much all the same. Boy, was I wrong. Our new LG dryer is a marvel. Clothes get dry without wrinkles, the gas usage is about half of our last dryer and it is soooo quiet.

The washer and pedestal were delivered at the same time. However, the installer wouldn't hook up the washer to the hoses because they were "old." They were steel wrapped and in excellent condition. The installers put in place and tested the balance by trying to rock the machine. They didn't try to hook up the drain. When I tried to hook up the drain I realized that the hose was too short. I called the installers and they said that they didn't carry extra parts and I'd have to buy an extension. I did and also noticed the installers hadn't installed the plugs that go in the back of the washer. I wound up installing the washer myself and adjusting the balance. The manual appears to be for several models because I can't connect my phone to the washer as the manual implies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer and dryer were stacked and they are very stable and easy to use. Controls are fairly straightforward and automated. Some cycles can't be customized but you can select a different cycle and customize. Seems to use too little water but clothes come out clean.

It took a little getting used to--the longer cycle times, etc. but I really like it. I had a larger capacity top-load machine before, but this one is even better now that I have no agitator. No more trips to the laundromat to wash down coats that won't submerge in the machine or queen-sized comforters that are just too big. And it's just so quiet! This brand came highly recommended by coworkers and online testers. I'm happy I made this choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this machine about a month ago and I like most of the features. The machine should rotate at the end of the cycle to eliminate most of the wrinkles. My other washing machines always did that and they were not an LG brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the wash machine plenty of times in the last month. Each time the machine performs great. Selectable washes, water temp and spin speed are great. The noise level is low and a welcome feature in my house. I also like that there is not a Wi-Fi option as that would be just another thing that would go wrong. I would buy this same model over again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were long overdue for an upgrade and my husband did a lot of research to identify an affordable, energy & water efficient washer and dryer set. This dryer was part of that research and it has been up to the task. There is no comparing it to our old one which was probably 20 to 30 years old, but as far as a new set goes this is a great value and gets the job done well! Now we are looking to remodel the laundry room because these beauties need a nice place to work!

We purchased this for our big family and I absolutely love it. My clothes come out so clean and I can tell a huge difference overall in my laundry. Our kids have even enjoyed it! They are able to help with the laundry and it’s become a “fun” thing to do!
