[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had the new dryer about a month and so far so good. At this point it does everything we wanted, dries much quicker and better than our old model and I’ve had no issues whatsoever. We’re hoping that our good fortune continues and it turns out to be a terrific investment.

Bought in October 22, worked great for a month, then started stopped draining the drum completely. I always have to run an extra spin cycle for that to happen, so some loads can take 90 minutes to wash. It’s just my husband and me, so there isn’t large loads, but it still takes me all day to wash and dry 3-4 loads of wash! I wish I would have went with another brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this a month ago knowing we are doing a remodel and planned to use as a stackable only. In the two weeks from order to delivery, my other machine quit. We ended up bringing this one inside earlier than planned and it is the quietest, greatest unit I have ever owned! I love how it judges the weight of the laundry, the features and most of all how clean my clothes are now! My 25 year old machine wasn't working up to par obviously!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine is the second I have purchased in the last two years. I had tonleave the first with my condo when I sold. I loved the performance of it enough that I bought another for my new house. I am sold on LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cursed the day my 8-year-old LG top-loader wouldn't get any power to the motor. I'd had regular balance problems with that washer unless I had a very big load inside. So, I was somewhat reluctant to go with another LG washer. But reading reviews and comments, I decided on this basic front-loader. I'd never had a front load washer. Boy, am I glad I bought this one. So far, it's one of the best appliances that I have EVER purchased (and I'm 74!). First, it gets my wash far cleaner, far whiter than with any washer I've ever used. Second, it uses less detergent and less water. Ir runs a bit longer than a top loader, but it is very, very quiet. And, when I leave the door open to let the washer dry out, my garage is filled with an incredibly pleasant clean laundry fragrance. This is a wonderful washer. It is the low-end washer but it is high performance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dryer for just over a month. It has performed as expected and the capacity is good for my needs. My old dryer had a light inside and I sometimes miss that feature when I am digging around for smaller items in the drum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for another LG that gave 14 years of good service. We were happy to see that there were new features and a larger tub. The downside happened the first time we tried the "Delicates" setting. Each time we tried it we got an IE (input error) message. After trying all the items in the manual I called customer service and the agent essentially read me what was in the manual. Since that didn't clear the problem they shipped a replacement unit. The second unit works fine except it also gives an IE error half way through the Delicates cycle. We have had no problems with any other cycle so it is hard to understand why we have an input error only on that cycle. If not for this issue we would love the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm still getting used to this new dryer, but so far no complaints. As per laundering directions on most clothes I have mostly used the low heat setting, which takes longer, but clothes last longer and shrink less. Larger capacity than my last dryer, so can handle a lot more laundry, but that also means those larger loads take longer to dry. Bottom line though is this dryer gets the job done and has lots of options for whatever your needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded to this LG stacked washer dryer and love the purchase so far. The washer and dryer are so quiet which is a huge benefit now that I've been working from home. Don't have to worry about the washer dryer making loud background noises if I'm going to call into a meeting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and I love it. It is quiet and cleans very well. It is energy efficient and uses less water than my old washer. So it is saving money every time I go laundry. Great product.
