In the two weeks from order to delivery, my other machine quit. We ended up bringing this one inside earlier than planned and it is the quietest, greatest unit I have ever owned! I love how it judges the weight of the laundry, the features and most of all how clean my clothes are now! My 25 year old machine wasn't working up to par obviously!

He researched it’s energy star qualities, it’s ease of use, repair history and overall reliability. He evaluated its impact on the environment using much less water and electricity. Above all these considerations he evaluated how clean the machine got the clothes. Every assessment received a 5 star rating. When my adult children come home for a visit everyone brings their laundry. The cost of the unit is very competitive in the front loader market. We love the machine and recommend consumer’s check out it’s high rating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had my new washer a little over a month now and I love it. It is everything that I wanted/expected and so much more. I have no regrets and would highly recommend this machine to anyone looking for one. My clothes look and feel and smell clean. At first, I thought the controls would be hard to navigate, but it was not hard in the slightest. The manual was easy to follow. The load capacity was more than I expected it to be. I can do bedding without any issues. The cute little “jingle” is a nice change from the typical buzzer on other machines. Again I must say I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been satisfied with our LG WM3400CW so far. The only problem we had was an error that turned out to be from too much suds. We had to do a clean mode twice to fix the problem according to tech support. We also learned that we are supposed to do this cleaning mode every month of use. Also, we need to use less detergent than we used to, I guess. Anyway, hoping it will continue to perform for the ages. So far so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would have liked to have had the option of a “Custom” cycle, a cycle where I could create a personalized wash setting from the front panel that would be saved and accessed by the cycle knob. Also, would be helpful if the owners manual listed the temperatures for the temperature settings (other than “Tap Cold”) and the rpms for each of the 3 spin speeds. Other than that, am more than satisfied, so far, with the washer. My overall rating of this product is based on a short ownership period and could go up or down in the future depending on how well it holds up overtime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When our 20 year old dryer started making terrible noise from a motor bearing, I decided to upgrade to this LG dryer to match the LG washer that we bought a few years ago. It is easy to use and senses when the clothes are dry enough to shut off instead of cooking them like the old dumb dryer that we replaced. The lint screen locks in for a very tight seal to keep the exhaust duct clean. This modern dryer upgrade is like comparing an 8 tract stereo to digital music!
