The only thing I'm not so fond of, is the fact that when I put something of a little heavier weight, it tends to shake the machine. So I had one of your Techs out & he explained how to prevent that & I was quite satisfied with that. ( :

I find it very easy to use and we are so impressed with how quiet it is. We also purchased the store drawer unit for below and are dry happy with the storage space and the smooth way the drawer operates.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had my new washer a little over a month now and I love it. It is everything that I wanted/expected and so much more. I have no regrets and would highly recommend this machine to anyone looking for one. My clothes look and feel and smell clean. At first, I thought the controls would be hard to navigate, but it was not hard in the slightest. The manual was easy to follow. The load capacity was more than I expected it to be. I can do bedding without any issues. The cute little “jingle” is a nice change from the typical buzzer on other machines. Again I must say I love it!

As per laundering directions on most clothes I have mostly used the low heat setting, which takes longer, but clothes last longer and shrink less. Larger capacity than my last dryer, so can handle a lot more laundry, but that also means those larger loads take longer to dry. Bottom line though is this dryer gets the job done and has lots of options for whatever your needs.

It has definitely lived up to expectations in regards to quietness and being vibration free. It handles all types of laundry and wash load sizes, including bedding, with ease. The included wash instructions are helpful, but as they suggest, the detailed instruction manual on the LG website, which covers all the settings in depth, is a worthwhile download.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this unit the end of November 2020 but due to popularity it was no available for deliver until the end of January 2021. Extremely quiet, uses less water than expected but clothes and bedding already seem cleaner, and the spin cycle seems to leave them dryer. I read the entire manual before use which was helpful. We currently use powder detergent and followed the directions and removed the liquid dispenser as per the manual. We wash everything in cold which is a simple selection on the controls.

The one area of frustration is the extent to which it needs to be cleaned inside to keep it smelling fresh. Once a month for the cleaning powder and once a week to drain the small hose. New to me to have to do those.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 months ago. I'm not so impressed. It washes okay, but you can't fill it up, or the stuff dont wash properly. So it's smaller than you think. Also, it has a quick wash option which only works for a few items inside. It uses less water and does not wash properly if you put in a full load. Those are the things I'm upset about..otherwise it washes..

I purchased this machine a month back as I remodeled my kitchen. It's been a great addition as it's quiet, fits a full load of clothes and is very easy to add detergent and fabric softener. It's also easy to remove water from the machine via the pull-out drawer on the lower left hand side. The controls are intuitive as well. Relatively easy for my contractor to install as well.
