A repair visit told us the PCB had stopped working and we would need to replace it. The part was not available. LG offered us a partial refund.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first received my washer. I was impressed with its style and eloquent look. Then I had my first wash. I checked the clothes for cleanliness. They smelled with a fresh aroma. They were almost dry. And to compliment it all, the washer plays a warm and soft melody when it has completed its cycle of washing. I was pleased and very delighted. It brings a smile to my face every time I hear the music. Very effective.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know there are delays in supply chain so I don't hold that against LG but I had my washer installed in October. It started collecting water in the drum between washes. Being a vacation home I was not there all the time to manage. Repair guy said he had to replace the cold water something or other. LGs parts database is so difficult to understand he decided to order hot and cold parts because he couldn't tell which one was correct. TWO HOT WATER parts arrived, so he looked up part online to verify again and STILL GOT THE WRONG PART. Get it together LG - your products might be great (love the dryer) and are rated highly by many rating systems but if you can't make it clear about which parts to order in a time when it takes 4-6 weeks to receive a replacement the hard part should NOT be which part to order.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is almost identical to the one we bought in 2008 and loved, but it was time to replace it with a new one! This one is much quieter and has the 15 min. speed cycle which is very efficient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall happy with purchase but my bad fir not knowing some features were missing. No light! I really miss the light. Also wish it would turn on with the last mode I was in. Always have to reset. Overall does a good job.

It's not surprising that this model gets top marks from a leading consumer organization because it has everything we need plus features that we never thought we'd use but really like now. An example is the ability to select cold water wash with one touch. The controls are easy to understand, the washer is quiet, it's holds a lot of clothes, what's not to like? Good job, LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a new front loader. Installed it and it had a dent in front on right side. Installer never told me till after it was installed. So this washer never worked correctly. It would stop and a code would go off. Had repair man come. Said it needed a new part. With all considered they said I could get a new replacement.Which I did Took over a week. Now my second new washer is working fine. Just so annoying to go through all this.

Huge capacity and the clothes come out almost dry. Speaking of dry. My dryer finishes in around half the time it took to dry clothes out of my old front load washer. I highly recommend this washer. My LG purchase but not my last!
