[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this when my very old but very reliable washer gave up the ghost. Luckily I had been doing some research. Knew I would eventually want a stackable in that space and asked my local repairman what they considered the best stackable. This was at the top of their list. I miss the days of keep it super simple controls but think I have this one figured out now. It is beautiful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer (and dryer) a few months ago and overall I'm somewhat happy. The washer is very quiet and nothing leaks. But the only issue is the washing cycles are alot longer than normal cycles (for example the normal cycle is 55 minutes, which is alot longer than a normal 30 or 45 minute washing cycle). But it operates quite well and it is energy efficient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer almost a month ago because our other washer was leaking water. It is very easy to use and works faster than our old washer. I really like the little "song" it plays when it's done...this is so much better than the buzzer on our previous washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an 11 year old LG washing machine with this model. Chose the same brand because of my positive experience. The spin cycle is most effective, cutting drying time significantly on heavy items. It also uses less detergent than in my previous machine. Happy I chose it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second LG Laundry suite I have owned, and LG was my first choice because of the great experience I have had with all LG products. I did some research to compare just to be prudent but this LG washer could not be beat by the competition. It has all the cycles and options I wanted, is quiet and very efficient. I like that I can have a quick wash, or long wash depending on needs. I look like that I have a rinse and spin cycle. I highly recommend all LG products!

I use a wheelchair and owned a top loading washer until last Spring. With increasing pain due to arthritis, shoulder and hand problems and decreasing function, it became more and more difficult for me to use a top loading washing machine. I don't have a lot of expendable cash. A friend had seen me struggle to get the laundry into, and even more so OUT OF, my top-loader, and bought me the LG front loading washer. I had no idea how much easier the LG would make doing my laundry!! It is easy to operate, runs smoothly and quietly, and cleans my clothes wonderfully while saving water. There are many features to choose from for various laundry needs. I am very happy with it! I'm looking forward to getting the matching dryer when I can afford it. Thank you!!

User friendly, washes clothes perfectly clean and they come out almost dry! Best of all is the soothing melody played when the cycle starts or is over. love my LG washer!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old duo dryer died after 20 years. Replaced both washer and dryer with LG products. Bought because of availability and price but have been very pleased with the build quality and ease of use. Very economical use of water in this front loader. Clothes cleaned even on quick wash setting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We also purchased the matching dryer model DLE3400W. We have purchased a number of different washer-dryer sets over the years which have included a Stacked set in 2002, another side-by-side set, a similar Set which we quickly returned, and finally purchased this LG pair. This is the first front-load washer that we are satisfied with. They look great. The front-load LG washer was recommended to me by a friend who was the maintenance supervisor of mechanical operations for a large, local, commercial hospital laundry supply company…He had purchased an LG front-load washer several years ago for his family, and when I asked him, which one seemed the best to him, he stated LG…the rest is history. We’re still trying to get use to the difference in front-loader vs top-loader and the different environmental impacts, such as cleaning the front filter on the bottom of the washer (haven’t done it yet as it’s only me and mama) but we only do a few loads a week, and being retired, we don’t actually get our clothes as soiled as working folks. Overall, we’re satisfied with our decision to purchase our LG set.

I have this product about three weeks now. I am happy with this dryer however I was a bit taken back that there was not a light inside the drum when you open up the door. I never thought to even look for that in an appliance as I’ve never had one that didn’t come with the light. Not a big game changer but I think if I had looked a little closer I might’ve got an a different model
