[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer online after my old (20 year) faithful machine gave out. I have been pleased with the ease of use, the performance and convenience so far. It came highly recommended by a family member who works in a large store selling many modelss and makes of washers. As a person who has done laundry for about 60 years and is less agile than at age 20, I would recommend buying the pedestal so the height is raised and you do not need to crawl into the large capacity tub to move the wet clothes to the dryer!

When our washer quit, I read all the reviews and chose the best value for our money. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I was happy with my previous front loader, but this one is 10x’s better. I absolutely love it. It fits our comforters perfectly and they come out clean, smelling fresh and new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has a great capacity load and is nice and quiet. You can choose a speed wash or select for the type of load like bedding, casual. I have washed king size sheets and mattress cover at once and it want a problem. They came out clean and were not super wet. The dpi cycle works like a champ! I’m very happy with the washer!

It is easy to use, runs very quietly, and energy efficient...but one of the things I LOVE the most is that it spins out clothes almost dry. When putting clothes in the dryer from the washing machine, it takes half the time to dry. Yes....I DO LOVE IT.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous LG washer gave us almost 15 years of great service,so when the time came to replace it we picked another LG. This new front loader is even BETTER than the old one! It's quieter, spins faster and uses even less water than before, which is very important when you have a septic system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 10 month old LG washer malfunctioned (the pump went out) after 10 months and flooded part of my home! This happened two days after I had brand new carpeting installed in the two bedrooms! Luckily for me, my Angels arrived within 15 minutes with cleanup equipment and mitigated the loss to 10 yards of carpet pad and re-laying part of the flooring in the bathroom (W/D are in the hall bath) my W/D are still sitting in my living room after 2-1/2 weeks and my hardwood flooring is arriving this morning! it will be installed next week and I still don’t have a day for the LG serviceperson to come out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer replaced a very old top loader so it’s an automatic improvement. Whites are significantly cleaner, so we’re happy w/that. However, we’re less than thrilled at how well it manages mixed light/heavy or all heavy (towels, jeans) loads. In a previous home we had a 20 yr old front loader that could handle any size load w/o off balancing, but this LG not only cannot handle heavier loads, the manual specifically instructs users to split larger loads. What is the point of a giant capacity, volume-wise, if it cannot handle the weight? We purchased based on ratings, including Consumer Reports, & had higher expectations.
