[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the washer about 2 weeks ago. The tub is bigger than we realized. There are so many options available for the temperatures, water level and amount of soiling on the clothes. The feature my wife likes the best is the timer that tells how long the whole process will take for each load. She sets her timer and when it goes off, she goes and moves that load into the dryer. Frees her up from going back and forth to check the washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my washer and dryer for 3 weeks. We have the stackable units and they take up much less space. The design is sleek and modern. Absolutely love the front load, so easy to maneuver. They are easy to operate, all settings are self explanatory. With the tub clean option, it does it for me, I don’t have to stand on my head to clean inside the unit. And it is so quiet I always double check to make sure it’s running. Laundry is not a chore any longer. My set was a gift from my son and daughter-in-law, best gift I ever received, except for jewelry of course.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased an LG washer machine and was initially pleased with its performance. However, after just three months of use, the machine broke down and I was left disappointed with my purchase. While the washer was functioning, it was efficient and easy to use. It had a variety of settings that allowed me to customize my wash according to my needs. However, the sudden breakdown was a major inconvenience and has made me question the overall reliability of the product. Despite this setback, I have decided to purchase another LG washer machine in a few days. While I was disappointed with the early malfunction, I am willing to give the brand another chance based on its reputation and positive reviews from other customers. Overall, I would give this LG washer machine a 3-star rating. While it performed well initially, the breakdown after only three months of use is concerning. However, I am hopeful that my next purchase will prove to be a better experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had some problems with the function after doing several loads. I went to chat and at first it was determined I needed a service. You later contacted me through text and email that I was given the wrong solution for the problem. The problem was solved and no service was required. The features are great and noticed how quiet it worked compared to our old washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We made our purchase based upon the recommendations of friends and a trusted appliance repairman who we've known for years. We're so glad we listened to them. I honestly don't know what could be done to enhance the quality performance of this washer. Even the packaging was superb.

I bought this to replace my 20 year old LG. I never had an issue or repair. I definitely got my moneys worth. This LG is very efficient and my clothes come out spotless. Nice big drum, really reduces the amount of loads I run. I highly recommend and will never purchase another brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There’s a reason this dryer is rated number 1 - it just works really well! It drys clothes, especially towels so much faster than my old dryer and it is simple to use! Paired with my LG washer I can do a normal load with 3 towels and other clothes in 40 minutes from washing to drying! That is an 50 minutes faster than with my old washer and dryer!
