Great, fairly basic washer. So far, so good. I did need to contact LG customer service to help with a feature and they were terrific. Happy with my purchase. I still need to connect the App to change some of the factory pre-sets ( e.g. 70 minute wash time) but I’ll get to it.

We initially didn’t remove some bolts that needed to come off and it sounded like a rocket was getting ready to launch but after we contacted LG they helped us figure everything out and it’s been great.

In my opinion, it has earned the evaluation. After a few weeks of use, I am completely satisfied with the quality and efficiency shown in cleaning a variety of fabrics. I am also very impressed with how quiet the machine is while running. This is a top quality product at a very affordable price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first front load washer and purchased because consumer reviews indicated they are more water efficient, and do a better job of clothes cleaning then top loaders. Several friends also indicated they have front loaders and work very well, some are older models and have not had any problems with them. One issue of concern was our ages, 82 & 77 yrs old, means bending to load and unload clothes becomes more difficult. Howeve, this can be somewhat mitigated by purchasing the bottom platform, we didn't due to having an overhaed cabinate that interfered with opening/closing the cabinate doors. However, if you use a long handled "grabber" you can work this tool and make it easier to use getting wet clothes out of the machine.

It is very quiet, even when spinning out. Our old top-load washer was so loud that it was hard to talk or hear the TV when it was in the spin cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the washer and dryer for about a month now and absolutely love them. They are infinitely quieter than my old set. Just one suggestion. Put some notifications on the back that those bolts need to be removed before using. They could seriously do some damage. Perhaps some people know to do this however some don’t
