I selected LG for its reliability and This is my third purchase of front load washer and dryer combinations. I selected the LG because of the quality I have discovered in other LG products. I have used the new washer and dryer combination for several weeks and find the functions intuitive and the quality of the wash excellent. I am absolutely delighted with my decision to go with the LG pair.

I use a wheelchair. With some recent hand and arm strength loss, it was difficult for me to get my wet clothes out of the washer. My friend surprised me with the LG washer. She has one and likes it. It has changed my life! It's easy to get clothes out of the washer so I don't need help with my laundry anymore and I can be more independent. I love that it has many different cycles for different items' needs. It is pretty quiet. The buttons are easy to access and press, which again helps my hands. Even with all of the wash cycle choices, it is easy to understand and use. Recently I sent a text to my friend who purchased it for me and said "I love doing laundry!!" I've had some medical setbacks recently but hope to be able to purchase a matching dryer soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the washer for almost three months. It wasn’t balanced when put in so once a repair guy came out and fixed it, much better! There’s no way to cut the sound off which is frustrating if you’re running it with kids sleeping. It can make a racket if you don’t have a large load or your towels/sheets get wound up together. It’s a no frills washer and is just fine for a family of two.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the washing machine but it doesn’t drain the water 100% and leaves the clothes wet technician came out and said it was due to the wrong soap purchased the soap they recommended still have similar problem Going to do a tub clean as recommended and will write a review after that

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second LG product. I bought this washer just a few months ago and so far it has done a wonderful job at cleaning my clothes and bedding. I am so pleased at how clean, yet gently my queen sized quilts and comforters were washed. I have also been pleased at how well all the loads have spun, including all the bedding. I am seriously thinking about buying all LG appliances in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this washer for over a month and really like the features of the washer. It has a huge capacity and can handle a large wash without any issues. Th washer looks very clean and sleek and I have been happy with the purchase so far.

I had a LG washer before and love it. So when it needed repair after 9 yrs I went out and bought another LG. Very unhappy with it. The wash cycle takes about 75 mins. And to set it on speed wash it takes 15 min. There should be a way to set it so I can do my wash in less time.

He researched it’s energy star qualities, it’s ease of use, repair history and overall reliability. He evaluated its impact on the environment using much less water and electricity. Above all these considerations he evaluated how clean the machine got the clothes. Every assessment received a 5 star rating. When my adult children come home for a visit everyone brings their laundry. The cost of the unit is very competitive in the front loader market. We love the machine and recommend consumer’s check out it’s high rating.

I have been pleased with the ease of use, the performance and convenience so far. It came highly recommended by a family member who works in a large store selling many modelss and makes of washers. As a person who has done laundry for about 60 years and is less agile than at age 20, I would recommend buying the pedestal so the height is raised and you do not need to crawl into the large capacity tub to move the wet clothes to the dryer!
