I use a wheelchair and owned a top loading washer until last Spring. With increasing pain due to arthritis, shoulder and hand problems and decreasing function, it became more and more difficult for me to use a top loading washing machine. I don't have a lot of expendable cash. A friend had seen me struggle to get the laundry into, and even more so OUT OF, my top-loader, and bought me the LG front loading washer. I had no idea how much easier the LG would make doing my laundry!! It is easy to operate, runs smoothly and quietly, and cleans my clothes wonderfully while saving water. There are many features to choose from for various laundry needs. I am very happy with it! I'm looking forward to getting the matching dryer when I can afford it. Thank you!!

I had the washer about a month. I absolutely love it. It uses very little water in comparison to my HE top loader. I am on a well and septic so I’m very pleased with the amount of water it uses. Also gets my clothes cleaner. The spin cycle also dries my clothes more so they spend less time in the dryer.

I’ve washed throw rugs, blankets, all types of clothing , linens and even shoes. It cleans great and spins the items very dry. The dryer takes much less time than before!! The washer is so easy to use even my husband has no trouble with the settings.

If you do not hear the sound with the load, finishes, you might forget that you have a load just sitting in the washer.

It washes my clothes quickly, it’s quiet and I can fit very large loads in it. I love all of the settings and function. I feel like it’s more efficient than my old side by side sets. I would highly recommend this!

We're delighted with the ease of use and the gentleness of the washing leading to much less lint in the dryer trap. We've washed a comforter with good success although I don't think we'd try to wash more than the comforter at a time. The one nitpicky thing is the trays where you add detergent, bleach, etc. are a little confusing. It's not a problem as we're using the new detergent sheets which we just tear into a few smaller pieces and pop in the tub with the clothing - works fine!

The spin cycle is most effective, cutting drying time significantly on heavy items. It also uses less detergent than in my previous machine. Happy I chose it.

A better quick-start card, more detail in the manual or at least an in-depth Youtube video would help. For example, I had trouble figuring out simple things like how to do a spin-only cycle. That leads to my second complaint. The default settings for Bedding and Heavy Load leave the washer contents wet and I have to do an extra spin cycle. I'll contact support to get an idea how to resolve this but I never had these issues with my previous machine.
