We were scared it would take us a month to learn how to fly these new models. We’re we ever wrong! We certified ourselves for take off after only a few minutes of reading the instruction manual. Here’s to another 25+ years of happy laundering!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old LG washer PCU board was going bad after 14 years of use which made me unplug and plug back in to get it working. I bought this similar LG washer as a replacement. It works just as good and the controls are very similar. The only issue with the new one is it is noisy (tub bangs against the stops) before it is stabilized during the spin cycle. The manual says this is normal. However the old LG I had didn't do this.

Overall, I am very happy with this washer. It took a while to get used to the electronics but now it is very easy to use. My only issue is that the pump filter should have an arrow indicating the position it should be in after you re-insert if. Inserted it incorrectly and what a mess that was! Lesson learned. Otherwise, the machine cleans the clothes well with some of the eco detergent sheets. This is the second LG washer I have owned so very satisfied.

I’ve had no complaints. It works fantastic. Rings my clothes out wonderful better than I thought. I think the new machines are improved from the older ones which are wonderful, I would buy again and highly recommend to other friends and family

This model had all the features we needed plus a bunch more. Now I am congratulating myself for making such a good choice. The washer is super quiet, cleans exceptionally well, and is easy to use. We are totally satisfied with our new LG washer and dryer too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a new front loader. Installed it and it had a dent in front on right side. Installer never told me till after it was installed. So this washer never worked correctly. It would stop and a code would go off. Had repair man come. Said it needed a new part. With all considered they said I could get a new replacement.Which I did Took over a week. Now my second new washer is working fine. Just so annoying to go through all this.

I can tailor settings for each load to get the most perfect washing per type of clothing. It is an Energy Saver plus it spins so well that it saves time and money by taking less time in the dryer. Very efficient!

The delicate cycle has never worked! It vibrates so loudly that it can be heard all over the house. It is almost impossible to use the "extra" settings easily - eg the rinse and spin button almost always causes a control lock response instead. Poor design!

It washes my clothes quickly, it’s quiet and I can fit very large loads in it. I love all of the settings and function. I feel like it’s more efficient than my old side by side sets. I would highly recommend this!
