[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] order was screwed up was supposed to be stacked, did not bring stacking kit. when using washer found out it was not leveled, so I managed to level myself. after kit came in and finally got someone to stack them installers found out that the dryer vent was not attached at the dryer. While stacking they did not have the proper screws, After they left I found out again that they did not connect the dryer vent again so I did it myself. I still have not figured out what to do about one door opening in one direction and the opposite on the other the washer works even better than we could have hoped.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my washer and dryer for 3 weeks. We have the stackable units and they take up much less space. The design is sleek and modern. Absolutely love the front load, so easy to maneuver. They are easy to operate, all settings are self explanatory. With the tub clean option, it does it for me, I don’t have to stand on my head to clean inside the unit. And it is so quiet I always double check to make sure it’s running. Laundry is not a chore any longer. My set was a gift from my son and daughter-in-law, best gift I ever received, except for jewelry of course.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It doesn't wash as well as my previous set. It doesn't add enough water and it agitates to quick (more like a spin) on the wash. I have already had to get it repaired as the weight inside broke. Good thing I bought the warranty.

Our previous LG washer had a short cycle feature that worked great. This does NOT. The short cycle doesn't get everything even wet, much less cleaned. The shortest cycle I've found is 58 minutes. Some cycles take THREE hours; way too long for a family of 5 on laundry day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2 months into ownership. Bottom line I highly recommend it. Best specs on its class. It's very quiet and efficient. Yes it does a good job on washing cloths, towels, small rugs etc. Negatives? The control panel is low and not well lighted so you have to bend over to see and make changes to programs. The door requires a good push to close. That's it. Otherwise a very good machine. I also purchased a 5 year warranty because who knows?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive had the washing machine for about two months now. It is very efficient and has lots of settings that you can adjust depending on what you are washing. It is a little difficult to clean animal hair from the door seal area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer a month ago, and it washes well, but water backs up into the detergent drawer (mainly into the Softener compartment) after washing. I don't use softener, so why it fills up with water is a mystery. I have alerted the dealer about this problem, am waiting for help. Also, to switch from liquid to powder detergent, you have to lift out and remove the liquid compartment. This is a design flaw and inconvenient.

I received my washer Thursday and I love it. I only have one complaint! I wasn't aware when I purchased it that there was no drum light in this model! I don't understand why LG didn't put a drum light in this washer. It sure would help. Other than that it's a wonderful item!
