In my opinion, it has earned the evaluation. After a few weeks of use, I am completely satisfied with the quality and efficiency shown in cleaning a variety of fabrics. I am also very impressed with how quiet the machine is while running. This is a top quality product at a very affordable price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Meant to be white glove installation. They used old hoses and when I turned water on both ends leaked. And they did not remove the shipping bolts. However machine is great. Quiet, uses a lot less water. Have to make sure after use you leave door open to dry out seal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these appliances and they were delivered much later than I had anticipated, as they were "in stock!" however, that did not influence the review. 1) The controls are on the front and when you turn it on, the options are not back-lit. So I have to put my glasses on and bend over to see what the options are. 2) A good thing, it is high capacity and does a great job drying. 3) Since the controls are on the front, it does not have a console in the back that used to keep clothes from falling back behind the dryer. Granted, every once in a while, you be missing a sock. 4) On top of having not console, having the gas dryer, you need enough room to accommodate the gas line and the vent hose. In my case, it is 11"!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new lg front load washer. It is so quiet and cleans so well. I love being able to see the cycles knowing that all my clothes are actually being touched by water (unlike my last top load washer). You can’t go wrong with this washer.

We bought the LG washer and dryer front loader about 1t months ago. My only issue was the lack of a "soak" setting until there was a crack in the washer tub. It'll be several hundred dollars, almost as much as the cost of a new washer, and no coverage after 1 year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer replaced a very old top loader so it’s an automatic improvement. Whites are significantly cleaner, so we’re happy w/that. However, we’re less than thrilled at how well it manages mixed light/heavy or all heavy (towels, jeans) loads. In a previous home we had a 20 yr old front loader that could handle any size load w/o off balancing, but this LG not only cannot handle heavier loads, the manual specifically instructs users to split larger loads. What is the point of a giant capacity, volume-wise, if it cannot handle the weight? We purchased based on ratings, including Consumer Reports, & had higher expectations.

I’ve had no complaints. It works fantastic. Rings my clothes out wonderful better than I thought. I think the new machines are improved from the older ones which are wonderful, I would buy again and highly recommend to other friends and family
