[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine is at the top of technology so it pays to read the instructions. However, once read the machine is automatic in that it weighs the load so the proper amount of water is used. Its a great choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer for a couple of months now and it seems to do the job. Thankfully the normal cycle works well enough because if I wanted to change any settings I'd be very frustrated. As with the matching drier that I also bought, the controls are infuriatingly inscrutable and the opposite of intuitive. The layout, the choices and the need to press multiple buttons multiple times to change settings drives me to the brink. And the spin cycle is pretty noisy. I replaced an old machine with bad bearings that sounded like a jet plane on the tarmac and this one is just a bit quieter. I will say that it really rings the water out which is good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy I bought the stackable washer and dryer. Exceeds all expectations and fit beautifully in our hallway. Excellent quality and design made it perfect in the space available. The dryer brackets fastened from the front of the washer which is much better than the competitors design. Sleek design allows for installation within the dimensions advertised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Weighs the load and allots water to weight. Electronics on front are easy to use and adjust. Not sure about why there is a need for a drain hose in front; but it is easy to drain once a week. Pleased with the clothes cleaning. We have also had an LG dryer for several years that has been reliable and easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pleased with this purchase. Well designed. Online research showed LG washers consistently dominate ratings for quality and reliability. Nothing so far has been a problem, and I feel confident about the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a new washer and dryer set and they have been great. It is taking me a while to get used to the computer (I am older) but other than that it has been wonderful. Very little water is used, the spin dry is much better than the top loads. It takes a bit more time for the cycles, but it is worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this washer regularly for over nine months. It works like a charm, cleaning soiled clothes and towels. When the five grand children are out of school, I can run two or three loads through it in a day, and everything comes out clean and fresh - I love it! My only wish was that the washer had a light inside of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this machine Sep 2022 but didn’t use it until Jan 2023. Only 2-3 regular loads each month but at end of April the gasket was worn out and broke on 4 sections which created & left many grey rubber/plastic tiny pieces all over the inside machine and on my laundry. I had to vacuum all those rubber/plastic pieces out. The LG service guy was nice, however the way to firm a gasket looks questionable. Also it shows how bad quality LG’s paintings on their machines. It’s effortless to leave scratches on LG’s white painting surface. A very unpleasant & disappointed experience, especially due to a such short using time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old washer and dryer lasted 25 years. My wife and I had no idea how efficient and easy to use our new LG washer and dryer would be. We were scared it would take us a month to learn how to fly these new models. We’re we ever wrong! We certified ourselves for take off after only a few minutes of reading the instruction manual. Here’s to another 25+ years of happy laundering!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our LG front loader. It does a great job washing and is very quiet. The spin cycle is also very fast which it takes out most of the water. When you transfer over to the dryer, it feels very dry. Great machine!
