[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a new front loader. Installed it and it had a dent in front on right side. Installer never told me till after it was installed. So this washer never worked correctly. It would stop and a code would go off. Had repair man come. Said it needed a new part. With all considered they said I could get a new replacement.Which I did Took over a week. Now my second new washer is working fine. Just so annoying to go through all this.

Our previous washer (laundry room on second floor) literally would shake the house during the spin cycle. With this washer, I can’t even tell where it’s at in the cycle because it’s so quiet. Love it.

It washes everything with a minimal amount of detergent and uses very little water in the process. The controls and settings are very easy to use. It spins much faster than my old washer, so the clothes dry much quicker. Love it!

Finally tried a gas dryer after having an electric dryer for years. I am glad I made the change as my clothes dry faster. The medium heat setting on LG is enough to dry one load of clothes after 20 mins. I'm glad I made the switch and trusted LG for my transition

Before we bought our washer, we read several reviews. The LG was rated #1 among washers. I like the ease of selecting the appropriate cycle and its quiet operation. I also like that the door can be left open after a wash to air out. That was always a problem with our previous washer which used a very strong magnet that sealed the door any time it was left partially ajar.

It has different labels on the types of wash loads than my old machine and I am still figuring out the best settings. Happy that is is quiet when running, spins out all the water possible, and has a lovely chime when done. My cat loves her LG washer and dryer.

ran out, it started leaking water from somewhere. some online tips have not solved the problem so now we are looking at an expensive house call from a repairman. not happy with this unit. maybe it's a lemon, but seriously, right after the warranty expired????

You later contacted me through text and email that I was given the wrong solution for the problem. The problem was solved and no service was required. The features are great and noticed how quiet it worked compared to our old washer.
