Excellent quality and design made it perfect in the space available. The dryer brackets fastened from the front of the washer which is much better than the competitors design. Sleek design allows for installation within the dimensions advertised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is so water "economical" that your laundry barely gets wet at all unless you the choose "Towel" setting. The bedding setting gives plenty of water but will not spin on the high setting. It is EXTREMELY sensitive to the amount of soap you can use. I've only had success with 2 tablespoons; any more than that and the machine takes 3 hours or more to complete it's task! Lastly, it can only handle up to halfway full of laundry. So much for it's advertised large capacity! If loaded beyond the halfway point, it will not spin as it is ultra sensitive to the possibility of going out of balance

Extreme efficient. Clothes smell clean and are not wrinkled when I unload them. We have quite a few LG products in our home and will continue to purchase the LG brand

I live this washer. It is one of LG’s lower models however it had lots of cycle options and plenty of capacity for king size bedspread. It is easy to use, the drawer fir products works well and is easy to add liquids. Nice color of white and the door seals tightly. I am extremely pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first front loader, and the transition was easy (although you have to remember to get everything loaded before hitting start). The cycles are easy to figure out. We tend to use cold water, so we have to change from the default warm/hot. There are still features we have not explored, but it fulfills our expectations.

I bought this 3 weeks ago to replace my original LG washer that we bought 15 years ago. I'm glad we stuck with LG. This washer is much more quiet than the first one and it seems to get the clothes much more dry before going into the dryer. This was an excellent choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second front loader. The first was a Samsung which lasted 12 years. Thus one is better. The spin cycle works better and the dry time is less. So far so good. Just had it 6 weeks so far! I love my new LG !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've now have owned this dryer for a few months and it's just great. The drying times are half of what they were with our old dryer. It has lots of great features but we mostly use the sensor dry mode and it never failed to dry the load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to try stackable washer and dryer because of space issues - against my better judgment. 10 years ago or so, we had a front loading set from GE that can only be described as junk. The set lasted about 5 years, having been repaired constantly during that time. This new set seems, about a month in, to be far superior in performance and quality. I will keep my fingers crossed that this continues.

Was able to manage an exchange for the top load to front load & it’s never let me down, unlike the top load did. This front load is an excellent machine! Full wash cycles, gets even the dirtiest, oiliest shop clothes clean; stained towels come out fresh & clean! Highly recommend this machine!
