[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This last month I replaced a top loader with this front load washer from LG. The laundry sits on the other side of my home office wall. What a difference! The washer is much quieter during all phases, but in particular during the spin cycle. Even though this drum spins very fast for quite a while, I hardly notice it during my business calls. Most of this can be attributed to the lack of vibration both on the wall and the floor. I'm amazed at how stable this washer is. Also, I like the fact that the high spin wrings out much of the water which makes drying time significantly shorter. I highly recommend this washer and dryer combination. One more thing...this washer also has a time delay so I can set it to begin during my business calls so it is ready to move to the dryer after my call is done and the wet clothes don't sit in the washer. Love it!

I bought this dryer and matching wash machine after research on Consumer Reports. The wash machine is the first front loading washer I've ever purchased. The dryer has numerous selections and appears to sense the exact drying time needed. It is very quiet and the digital timer allows you to know exactly how long the drying time will be.

I have only had this machine for three weeks. I need to operate this thing for at least three months in order to be able to rate it. My experience has been that, these machines go bad right after the manufacters warranty expires. About three years. You are welcomed to ask for a rating then. The following rating is from when I first started using this product through the three weeks that I have owned it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our LG wash machine about one month ago. There were a few delays on our part such as plumbing hook up problems. I can say now that the machine has been in use, there are no regrets. The machine replaces our old LG after seventeen years. The new machine is so much faster and very quieter. It did not take very long to figure out how to operate the numerus control options. We hope to get the similar performance due to LG's reputation.

This time we also purchased the pedestal. Makes it much nicer to reach in to grab wash before. Bending down to switch to dryer. Will always have LG products!

I really liked the old washer, but love the new features of this washer such as the heavy duty cycle. It does a great job of cleaning my clothes; spins so well that my dryer time is less; and this washer is super quiet compared to my older one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had the dryer for two weeks. It replaces a 16 year old Kenmore Elite. We are pleased with the drying performance, things are pretty much dry at the end of the selected auto cycle. We are still getting used to controls and adjustments to time. Only two complaints: No light in the drum & end of cycle buzzer should be louder/adjustable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans as well as, if not better than, my prior top-load washer without tangling all of the clothing as my prior washer did. Easy to operate with preset washing options and just as simple to adjust temperature, spin, and soil levels if desired.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son needed a washer/dryer so I gave him my set that I had bought just 3 years ago and replaced mine with this front load washer/dryer set. I was hoping I was not making a mistake and thankfully I didn't. l love them. Just last night I washed a king quilt and shams, had absolutely no problems and they came out perfectly clean. Would highly recommend this product.

Unfortunately this is the first time I don’t have a positive review. I bought this washer in May 2020 and it is currently broken. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed because I have never bought an appliance that broke that soon after purchasing. I’m still waiting on the part to come in that was ordered a week ago. I will not buy another LG product. You asked for an honest review and you got it!
