[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so satisfied with my purchase of this awesome washer. It cleans the clothes and is very cost and energy effective by censoring the load size. It’s great for cleaning everything from large bedding loads to delicate small loads. And I love the timer option!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This last month I replaced a top loader with this front load washer from LG. The laundry sits on the other side of my home office wall. What a difference! The washer is much quieter during all phases, but in particular during the spin cycle. Even though this drum spins very fast for quite a while, I hardly notice it during my business calls. Most of this can be attributed to the lack of vibration both on the wall and the floor. I'm amazed at how stable this washer is. Also, I like the fact that the high spin wrings out much of the water which makes drying time significantly shorter. I highly recommend this washer and dryer combination. One more thing...this washer also has a time delay so I can set it to begin during my business calls so it is ready to move to the dryer after my call is done and the wet clothes don't sit in the washer. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my new LG washing machine a few weeks ago and I am very happy! This is my second LG and they have quality products. The washing machine is easy to use and has all the features I need to do my wash.

My old washer sounded like a jet engine in spin cycle. My new LG is so quiet I go and check if it’s still washing the clothes. I’m so pleased with the ease of operating this washer. The controls are very easy to operate and my clothes come out perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product three months ago. It's quiet and cleans the clothes well. It's easy to use and it's performance is absolutely great. I recommend this washer. My daughter got it first and then I got mine. I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do quite a bit of laundry. My previous front load washer was a work horse for more than fourteen years with only the front door gasket needing to be replaced after ten. I replaced it after the main bearing went bad, buying my current LG Model WM3400CW. Loading the LG is a bit more tricky, because if not loaded "just so" the entire cycle could be extended beyond the 89 minute time estimated by the machine to nearly three hours or the cycle would stop at the spin and an "uneven load" notification would flash, requiring the load to be manually adjusted and then restarting. Occasionally, I would miss the window of opportunity to adjust the load if I was not at home and since there is no singular spin cycle, I would default to use the "Quick Wash" cycle to extract the water from the laundry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer replaces a 15-year-old LG Tromm washing machine, and we’ll be ecstatic if this one lasts as long. Basically, we didn’t opt for a model with even more features because this meets our needs. Plus, it’s larger and smarter than the one it replaces, so we’re quite happy with its features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our dryer just stopped working and since the washer had been having issues, I bit the bullet and just bought brand new of both. I have heard MANY times from tons of people l, LG is the way to go. So so got the cheapest ones I could. These machines are amazing! They do everything we need them to do and more. I am so happy I can’t even be specific. Like if someone asked specific questions then I probably could but just overall general impression is Finally, I expect these to not need repair for 10 years but we’ll see. Oh and the family, kids, husband all uses them and no complaints, except they want the Done notification to last longer. I told them, it’s energy saving.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this September 1, 2020; delivered September 30th. After a load of laundry on October 5 it shut off and would not power on. A repair visit told us the PCB had stopped working and we would need to replace it. The part was not available. LG offered us a partial refund.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After years of using brutally tough agitating top loaders, my break came when finally our formal machine broke. I had used a neighbors front load washer and was extremely impressed by the gentle, yet beating action on the clothes. Our formal washer used 45 gallons on medium wash cycle which was just wasted into the drain, our new LG uses approximately 4 gallons for the appropriately sized laundry. It spins so quickly, the laundry almost comes out dry which reduces the time in the dryer to 15 minutes. Watching the machine "think" as it balances a load is incredible, as well as the incredibly quiet motor makes for a pleasant conversation piece. Most of all, it has the most cycles and diverse washing options and it is homemade close to where I live. That means a lot to me knowing my purchase made a difference in my community.
