[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good price, energy saving, quiet, good choice of cycles. Instructions for use not clear--sometimes you have to keep pressing the button to get it to start, sometimes not. Also, the cycles are very long, all over an hour.

I’m amazed at how much water we have saved by switching to a front loading machine. This one is super quiet, a lot more quiet than our last machine. Would highly Recommend.

Suppose to have same features as my old 12 year old LG stacked unit( Washer &/Dryer) Doesn't have extra rinse feature and several others that I used. Don't know what I'll do when dryer quits , but I will look for other brands first. Bought all LG appliances at same time, 12 years ago, washer/dryer set, dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator. Quality is not the same, have replaced Refrigerator, microwave, washer all in the last 12 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer works as advertised. Clothes go in dirty and come out clean. It also makes funny music. One added benefit is that I only need to use about a tablespoon of detergent per load. I used too much the first time, and I needed to do two extra rinses to get rid of the suds.

This washing machine is well built, attractive in appearance and does a great job of getting the laundry clean. Very nice features and easy to understand how to use them. The spin cycle dies a great job of extracting the water which helps them take less time drying. Energy saving feature. Money well spent on a product that should last for many years.

I like that it operates very quietly. One very go convenience feature is the coin/ lint trap are located behind a small door on the front of the machine. A very well thought out machine.

Arranging a service call under warranty was easy, repair person showed when scheduled, and new piece is in order. So far it has been easy to take care of, but I’m a bit disappointed my new washer already broke. I do an average of one load a day.
