Have had it a couple months now, at first it took a little getting used too.( my old washer was almost 30 years old) this is super quiet and does such a good job not to mention the spin gets so much water out the clothes will hang dry in minutes. For light things like t-shirts and sheets I don't even use the dryer any more. I live in a dry climate and sheets will line dry in 10 minutes or so. So I save even more on electric bill.

Yes it does a good job on washing cloths, towels, small rugs etc. Negatives? The control panel is low and not well lighted so you have to bend over to see and make changes to programs. The door requires a good push to close. That's it. Otherwise a very good machine. I also purchased a 5 year warranty because who knows?

I've used it for many loads, and it has met my expectations. Clothes spin out very well so they dry quicker than my last machine which was a top load. I'm pleased with the controls and selection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had very good luck with them so far. The washer spin is incredible. The cloths are nearly dry at the end. It uses very little water. Is does take longer to wash then an upright but that is not an issue for me. Twice it has stopped working but we got on Google and it showed us how to reset the computer.

I am embarrassed to include this in a review, but the sounds it makes to alert you to its starting and ending are adorable!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new machine!!! It is so much quieter than my old machine, which is important in a small apartment. The clothes come out clean and almost dry. I always dry off the water which accumulates at the “lip” as well as the glass door with a washcloth... and then I leave the door open until the next use.

It has taken several calls for service of my new washer and the problem may not be resolved to my satisfaction. I used high efficiency Tide soap pods and the machine overflowed many times. I new use a HE liquid in smaller amounts and the overflow is not happening.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this on Christmas Eve, as our old dryer died the night before. Was delivered in perfect condition. Has Great features-more than our last one. It is easy to use, and is much quieter than our last dryer.

I had the washer about a month. I absolutely love it. It uses very little water in comparison to my HE top loader. I am on a well and septic so I’m very pleased with the amount of water it uses. Also gets my clothes cleaner. The spin cycle also dries my clothes more so they spend less time in the dryer.
