[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has been great so far. All the controls are intuitive and Wash settings can be easily customized. The wash time is a bit on the longer side, but all of the loads we’ve done so far have come out great. And it appears to be gentle enough on the clothes so that all in all we’re very happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great. Replaces our Kenmore washer whose delivery was delayed and delayed and delayed. Store said Kenmore is really an LG rebranded, so the same mount should work. The installers said NO, but I tried it and the mount works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG washer is simple to use, guided by the electronic controls. Using HE laundry detergent, clothes come out clean. High speed spin cycle get most of the water out. My fleece shirts are so dry I can hang them on hangers. Dryer time is much reduced. The washer is large enough to wash our camping gear.

My 8 yr old top loader wash machine was finally giving up. Thank goodness! I hated the washer from the first load of clothes. The LG was the savior. The clothes now smell and feel clean when they are done washing. The spin cycle spins the clothes almost dry. Less time in the dryer! The LG washer is the best thing I have bought in a long time!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Nice features for the price point. Intuitive controls and easy to use. Large capacity tubs. Cons: This dryer and the matching washer are advertised as compact models that are able to fit in smaller spaces (e.g., 2nd floor closet). My husband and I reviewed spec measurements before purchasing these for our laundry closet. (Our home does not have a laundry room or other room with laundry hook-ups. We literally have a closet with bi-fold doors.) The spec measurements made it seem that they would fit, but when they were installed, they were too deep with all the hoses hooked up that the doors wouldn't close. It's unfortunate that these are the smallest stackable washer and dryer we could find, and they still don't fit. I'm guessing there are other people with a similar issue, so it would be nice if LG would design truly compact models. I would recommend to a friend as long as they don't have to fit these in a small space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for a previous LG washer purchased in 2008. It’s so quiet, does not get unbalanced has excellent washing options. This time we also purchased the pedestal. Makes it much nicer to reach in to grab wash before. Bending down to switch to dryer. Will always have LG products!

Finally tried a gas dryer after having an electric dryer for years. I am glad I made the change as my clothes dry faster. The medium heat setting on LG is enough to dry one load of clothes after 20 mins. I'm glad I made the switch and trusted LG for my transition

When I needed to replace my washer and a dryer, I certainly looked at other brands. But I always come back to LG. And for good reason! Like my other LG appliances, both these machines are excellent! I love the ease of use, the customized settings, and the large volume of clothing and bedding that can be done in one load! Not only do these machines save me time and work, they do a beautiful job! The washer saves energy, water, and eliminates the stress of trying to wring excess water from large items that my old top-loading machine could not completely remove. And like my washer, my dryer has customized settings as well. All of my clothing and bedding is dried automatically and correctly timed according to the needs of the particular items. Both my washer and dryer are wonderful products and completely live up to the reputation that LG has most deservedly earned!

It’s simple and easy to use. Installation was easy, it fits nice in my laundry room. Just wish it came in other colors except white!
