And the timer is accurate which my old machine never was. If it says 50 min to finish a load, it will actually be done in 50 minutes! Easy and intuitive to use. I give my LG washer a A+++

I’ve washed throw rugs, blankets, all types of clothing , linens and even shoes. It cleans great and spins the items very dry. The dryer takes much less time than before!! The washer is so easy to use even my husband has no trouble with the settings.

My old washer sounded like a jet engine in spin cycle. My new LG is so quiet I go and check if it’s still washing the clothes. I’m so pleased with the ease of operating this washer. The controls are very easy to operate and my clothes come out perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last washer was also a LG and I really liked it and this is why I purchased this newer washer. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles my last one did, and takes a lot longer to run a cycle, but maybe that is the way they are nowadays.

I bought this washer and it's companion dryer about 6 .oaths ago and really love the set. It cleans well and does a great job of spinning the clothes very well to remove water cutting the drying time. It does take a long time for washing - up to 90 minutes, but as I understand it, that's common for high efficiency units. Also, I figure that having the clothes in the water for a longer time is a good thing when it comes to cleaning them.

Great, fairly basic washer. So far, so good. I did need to contact LG customer service to help with a feature and they were terrific. Happy with my purchase. I still need to connect the App to change some of the factory pre-sets ( e.g. 70 minute wash time) but I’ll get to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is it worthy of 5 Stars? maybe. But since it is new, and used only a handful of times I can only fairly give 4 Stars. PRO's: First, beautiful machine, installation easy, very quiet, Love that, the options of washing times, water temp settings, spin only these are a BIG PLUS. . etc. Load capacity is good. So far my only CON is: this large center dial button, is it obvious yes, but it sticks out, in my opinion too far. I think that it could be damaged or broken easily due to that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Front load is much easier to load, straight from the hamper into the door, and straight from the washer into the dryer without so much lifting into a top loader, and it rinses much more efficiently than our old top loader.

We bought this washer about a month ago, and could not be any happier. WE bought this dryer about a month ago and we could not be any happier with the purchase.It runs so quite you don't even know its on. This is the best dryer we ever bought, and we had 2 others that could not compare to. We also bought an LG washer and same thing don't even realize it is on until the alarm goes off letting you know it is finished. I would recommend LG products to anyone looking.

We bought this to replace our LG washer when the motor seized after 8 years (not happy about that, to say the least). We have a space issue so this LG unit fits where we need it to be located, which is the main reason we purchased it. This washer is very similar in design to the LG washer we previously had, so there was nothing new to learn in order to operate it. This LG washer is a little bigger than our prior one, so you can fit more clothes into a load if you are so inclined
