The owner’s manual is terrible. It doesn’t have all the necessary information. The control panel on the washer is not intuitive at all. I wanted to change the water temperature for a cycle I chose and didn’t have a clue how to do it. I had to go to YouTube to get the help I needed. The washing cycles are incredibly long. 93 minutes to wash one load! I don’t call that energy efficient. I wish now I had lurched a different brand of washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this washer after having our other LG for many years. It hasn't kept its balance so pretty much any load takes about twice as long to cycle while the machine is starting and stopping the spin cycle...so.eti.es just stopping with the UE error message. And definitely can't put more than a light load in for any chance that it will complete the cycle. Very unhappy with this machine and not certain I will ever look at LG products again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is absolutely wonderful! I love all the features. I love the choices to choose from when setting the wash cycle. The tub is large enough to handle large and bulky loads. It is great that it also adjust by weight for smaller loads as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and so far I am really happy with it. It's pretty quiet and seems to use hardly any water, but it's too soon to tell on my water bill. I'm still having to get used to the front-loads and how they work. My only concern is the tub getting out of whack over time, but we'll see. Only grips is that since all the spinning with my new uses, it needs to have one of the little leg adjusters fixed so it will stop making this squeaky sound, but seems to be an easy fix.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have the set now for 3 month..they are great for cleaning wile using very little detergent but they are very picky about were the setting stand.. the dryer it is the worst you have to figure out watt setting it prefer and some time it become very frustrating. i truly miss my older LG. This new one are great you just have to figure them out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so happy that I was finally forced to buy a new washer, when my old GE top loader leaked and wasn’t worth fixing anymore. Based on a Consumer Reports recommendation, I ordered this washer online expecting it in a few days or at most, weeks. Lo and behold I then got a message saying it would arrive in more than 3 months. I cancelled the order and found a local dealer (Tripodi Appliances in Port Chester NY) who had it available for a similarly reasonable price and I got it delivered and installed in less than a week. I’ve had the washer for 3 months and I’m extremely satisfied with it, especially after I discovered that you need to leave it open for a day to let it dry out so that it won’t stink. It’s much larger than my previous washer and there’s plenty of room for very large loads. I was surprised that it diagnoses the weight and size of the load to determine the wash time. Very impressive, if it’s not a gimmick. The wash comes out very clean and the spin cycle works extremely well. I’m saving a lot on drying time and cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the LG washer and the only comment I will add is that I wish it had a specific cycle for whites. It's a very quiet machine and is so energy efficient. I can already see a difference in my electric bill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded to this LG stacked washer dryer and love the purchase so far. The washer and dryer are so quiet which is a huge benefit now that I've been working from home. Don't have to worry about the washer dryer making loud background noises if I'm going to call into a meeting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A consumer rating magazine review stated that LG washing machines tended to cause a somewhat greater amount of abrasion than competitor machines. I would guess that a major cause is the low amount of water used because of the he designation. Water is much cheaper than replacing abraded clothes. Think about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been pleasantly surprised with this washer. I have a 17 year old son who plays sports and rides ATV's and this washer gets all his clothes clean with no extra cycles needed. Very powerful spin cycle shortens the needed drying time.
