Factory service has been slow. I would recommend the washer when working, but not pleased with the fact that it is broken already

Very efficient and extremely quiet. Solid build and flexible functions. I installed the dryer myself. The instructions were clear and explicit. Would buy again in the future. Highly recommended.

After switching from a top loader, it seems that the new washer uses less soap because the wash cycle uses more movement and therefore generates more suds. I'm very glad I purchased this washing machine.

This new front loader is even BETTER than the old one! It's quieter,spins faster and uses even less water than before,which is very important when you have a septic system.

It is easy to use and is so much quieter than my last front loading washing machine. The capacity is great, it washed a thick queen sized bedspread with no problems!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love this new washing machine. Our old one from 2007 has lasted us well indeed. This new one is so much quieter and is super easy to ooperate and load. Even though we are a family of 2 we have a lot of washing as we rund and own a horse ranch, so our jeans and clothhes get very dirty and dusty on a daily basis. So far the washing has come out i think cleaner that before. Zero issues!!

The washer and pedestal were delivered at the same time. However, the installer wouldn't hook up the washer to the hoses because they were "old." They were steel wrapped and in excellent condition. The installers put in place and tested the balance by trying to rock the machine. They didn't try to hook up the drain. When I tried to hook up the drain I realized that the hose was too short. I called the installers and they said that they didn't carry extra parts and I'd have to buy an extension. I did and also noticed the installers hadn't installed the plugs that go in the back of the washer. I wound up installing the washer myself and adjusting the balance. The manual appears to be for several models because I can't connect my phone to the washer as the manual implies.

This one delivers. My daughter comes over and used the washer and she is so pleased with how clean everything gets.
