[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the first LG dryer I have purchased. It exceeded my expectations. It was a replacement for another brands top of the line dryer. I have found the LG to be superior in almost every way.

This is our 3rd LG front loader. We use our washer everyday and it is a work house. I love the washer. I just wish it had a higher RPM spin cycle and that it took less time to complete a wash cycle. Also of note and frustration is that the drain hose on this model is too short to reach our stand pipe (unlike the previous 2 models) so I had to find another drain hose and attach it after the delivery/installation was "complete."

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago at the recommendation of consumer reports, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It’s efficient, quiet, and does everything I need without having too many unnecessary features.

After reviewing washers on Consumer Reports, I purchased this wash machine. It is the first front loading washer I have ever owned. The washer is very quiet and takes large loads. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 Star rating is that all of the settings are preset. While there are a number of selections, it doesn't allow you to change the water temperature, load size, etc. However, it does appear to sense how large the load size is and bases the wash on that.

I bought a new washer and new dryer at the same time. Although both are 'white', the shades are very different. Customer service explained that the dryer paint had to withstand higher temperatures, which makes sense. However, the washer should use the same paint so the two products match. Both units function well...but I wouldn't have purchased if I had known the dryer white wouldn't match the washer white.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best washer and dryer we have ever had, cleans and dryer beautifully. Very quiet compared to our old washer and dryer, and the settings are easy to use. Love the towel setting. Love the happy tune they play when the laundry is done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 10 month old LG washer malfunctioned (the pump went out) after 10 months and flooded part of my home! This happened two days after I had brand new carpeting installed in the two bedrooms! Luckily for me, my Angels arrived within 15 minutes with cleanup equipment and mitigated the loss to 10 yards of carpet pad and re-laying part of the flooring in the bathroom (W/D are in the hall bath) my W/D are still sitting in my living room after 2-1/2 weeks and my hardwood flooring is arriving this morning! it will be installed next week and I still don’t have a day for the LG serviceperson to come out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer! You can use the preset cycles and recommended temperatures or change them if you feel like it. Some of the wash cycles take longer than my old washer, but the timer on it informs you how much time is left. Very pleased, hoping to get the corresponding dryer soon!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washing machine is more advanced than any I have owned, yet it's still easy to operate. Love the larger capacity tub because it eliminates trips to the laundromat for really big items. I would definitely recommend LG washers and other products.
