[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 4.5 LG washer got a hole inside one of the hoses. Fernando was great in sending out a good technician who had it fixed. Everything went smooth. I appreciate the help and the following up to ensure everything is done. Thank you so much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an older LG washing machine that finally went bad and decided to buy another one as this one and this brand was really good. I’ve had no complaints. It works fantastic. Rings my clothes out wonderful better than I thought. I think the new machines are improved from the older ones which are wonderful, I would buy again and highly recommend to other friends and family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer! You can use the preset cycles and recommended temperatures or change them if you feel like it. Some of the wash cycles take longer than my old washer, but the timer on it informs you how much time is left. Very pleased, hoping to get the corresponding dryer soon!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched and bought this washer. I am very happy with its performance and features. I love having energy efficiency and great cleaning cycles. The clothes come out of the spin cycle wrung out well making dryer time shorter!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer several weeks ago and have been happy with how it works. It's quiet and cleans my clothes well. This is the second LG large appliance I have purchased and have been happy with both.

I have this product about three weeks now. I am happy with this dryer however I was a bit taken back that there was not a light inside the drum when you open up the door. I never thought to even look for that in an appliance as I’ve never had one that didn’t come with the light. Not a big game changer but I think if I had looked a little closer I might’ve got an a different model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer over a couple of months ago, and I have been having issues with it. No one wants to take the accountability to fix it or replace my washer. It is not washing the clothes correctly. The clothes come out stink, or unwashed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After about 8 washes I am happy with this choice. It has all the features I care about or need. Who needs WiFi for doing laundry? That's a wasted couple of hundred bucks. This machine is quiet, looks great and is highly rated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time with a front loader. Cycle times are a bit longer than with my old top loader but it lines up well with drying time when doing multiple loads. The results are more than satisfactory. I get REAL dirty at work. Uses far less water yet still gets my clothing as clean if not cleaner than my top loader did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my LG washer and dryer 3 months ago, and I am very pleased with how quiet both are and how well they clean and dry my laundry. I needed to contact act support and received nearly immediate LG response.
