[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It doesn't wash as well as my previous set. It doesn't add enough water and it agitates to quick (more like a spin) on the wash. I have already had to get it repaired as the weight inside broke. Good thing I bought the warranty.

This is my first front loader washer. I have had the washer for a couple of weeks and have done only one washday so far. But my clothes came out beautifully. The high-speed spin really helped shorten the drying process (I have an electric dryer). I will say, I am still figuring out the controls, but so far, so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer as part of a stackable washer/dryer set to fit in a small space 6 weeks ago and it’s the best one I’ve ever owned. It washes my clothes quickly, it’s quiet and I can fit very large loads in it. I love all of the settings and function. I feel like it’s more efficient than my old side by side sets. I would highly recommend this!

I like almost everything about this machine. I do wish that you could have access to all of the water temp/spin/soil level options no matter which cycle you choose. I also wish the pedestal drawer was deep enough to hold the medium and large sizes of laundry detergent. It is just 1/2 inch too shallow.

A better quick-start card, more detail in the manual or at least an in-depth Youtube video would help. For example, I had trouble figuring out simple things like how to do a spin-only cycle. That leads to my second complaint. The default settings for Bedding and Heavy Load leave the washer contents wet and I have to do an extra spin cycle. I'll contact support to get an idea how to resolve this but I never had these issues with my previous machine.

Very simple controls, easy to use resulting in well washed clean smelling clothes. This machine uses very little water, and only a tablespoonful of HE detergent for a full wash load. So far, so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WHY do I love my new LG Washing Machine? I have owned a few washing machine and this one, by far, is the best. It is easy to use, runs very quietly, and energy efficient...but one of the things I LOVE the most is that it spins out clothes almost dry. When putting clothes in the dryer from the washing machine, it takes half the time to dry. Yes....I DO LOVE IT.

Thankfully the normal cycle works well enough because if I wanted to change any settings I'd be very frustrated. As with the matching drier that I also bought, the controls are infuriatingly inscrutable and the opposite of intuitive. The layout, the choices and the need to press multiple buttons multiple times to change settings drives me to the brink. And the spin cycle is pretty noisy. I replaced an old machine with bad bearings that sounded like a jet plane on the tarmac and this one is just a bit quieter. I will say that it really rings the water out which is good.

I really liked the old washer, but love the new features of this washer such as the heavy duty cycle. It does a great job of cleaning my clothes; spins so well that my dryer time is less; and this washer is super quiet compared to my older one.

We decided to replace our old washer and dryer and LG was the most reliable brand based on my extensive research. I am absolutely in love with this washer. I have had it for over 2 weeks now, so it has gotten used!! It is so much quieter than my previous front loader, especially on the spin cycle. I am beyond pleased! I barely leave reviews on items but this one deserves a review.
