I bought this machine about a month ago and I’m very satisfied. Clothes come out cleaner than when I had my top loader. I’ll probably never go with a top loader again. Some washes can be longer than I’m used to, but I’m fine with it if it washes this clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought this washer 8 months ago and love that it is very quiet and gets the clothes clean. The documentation that comes with it is poor; I had to download basic information online about washer settings and how to use it. It's energy efficient and supposed to be gentler on clothes, but the spin cycle produces a lot of wrinkles so you have to shake out everything before drying. My old top loader lasted for 40 years; I'll be lucky if this lasts for its expected 10-year lifetime. Too much is computer controlled; if this fails, the washer is unusable. After only 7 months the washer started vibrating uncontrollably and sounding like a jet engine taking off during the spin cycle. It was unplugged for 2 weeks before the LG technician came and he found nothing wrong; apparently it was a weird electronic glitch that fixed itself. Very disturbing to have trouble in this short amount of time. The error codes it generated are weird and don't persist or shut down the machine if there's trouble. I'll watch and wait. Meanwhile, I'm considering getting an extended warranty.

This was a replacement for our 16yr old Samsung. Does the job and seems to be very efficient. It was hard, however, for wife and I to figure out how to use with provided quick start instructions and online manual; very broadbrush where more details desired.

Purchased a little over a month ago. Things started out great. The larger capacity was a huge bonus. We found ourselves doing fewer loads and devoting less time to laundry. About a week in, there was a leak. I chalked it up to overspray from the drainage tube which didn’t seem to be pushed into the wall far enough. So I fixed that and proceeded as normal. About a week later, another leak. This time with plenty of suds, so I knew it wasn’t from the intake. And the drainage tube was secure at the washer end and also at the wall end. There was no water on the back or sides of the machine, which meant it was coming from under the washer. That was something I couldn’t assess or fix. I jumped online with LG Support, who were EXTREMELY responsive. They walked me through some basic steps to double check things I had previously checked (connections, cracks, etc) which was very understandable. Then set me up with a ticket for a local service rep to come and check things out. 48 hours later, turns out that due to the unavailability of a service rep in my area. The only option available to me was for LG to refund my purchase. So, soon we’ll have a new washer! Hoping washer two is leak free because everything else with this purchase and LG has been fantastic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our LG front loader. It does a great job washing and is very quiet. The spin cycle is also very fast which it takes out most of the water. When you transfer over to the dryer, it feels very dry. Great machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the LG washer and the only comment I will add is that I wish it had a specific cycle for whites. It's a very quiet machine and is so energy efficient. I can already see a difference in my electric bill.

This unit replaced our 9 year old WM2150CW. We had no issues the entire time until the main bearings went out. Bigger capacity than the old unit and delivering the same level of washing as before. There is nothing else on the market I would have consider other than something much more expensive..SQ.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased it in October and received it after Christmas. ( I was unhappy about that) So far, So Good. It does use less water, however it requires tub cleaning often to reduce a septic smell. Was GREATLY disappointed that I had to download and PRINT off the operating Manual. For the PRICE you pay, you should be GIVEN one. As of NOW, We love it. Sometime as it spins dry it does sound like a spaceship taking off.

Our previous LG washer had a short cycle feature that worked great. This does NOT. The short cycle doesn't get everything even wet, much less cleaned. The shortest cycle I've found is 58 minutes. Some cycles take THREE hours; way too long for a family of 5 on laundry day.
