It is able to fit king sized comforters and blankets with ease. The only thing that I am a bit frustrated with is that the people who installed it did not leave me with the transits bolts for moving purposes.

I have to say also that the service that I was provided by the 2 young men that delivered and installed my washer was fantastic! I have been a customer of LG products for approx. 15 years so the choice was easy! LG is a great quality brand and I recommend this brand to everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my new Washer On Jan. 14th. My children bought me for Christmas. My husband made this suggestion. As I was having trouble getting clothes out of my present machine, which was getting older just like me, it was big one very deep for this old lady. But she had been a good one. He even bought me a grabber but have you ever tried to pick up a wet towel with a grabber. It wasn’t pretty. Got a front loader with pedestals and I love it. I don’t fall in any more when getting my clothes out.

I bought this washer along with a new dryer after moving into my first house. It has performed as expected during my first year of ownership. Recently I had a few instances where it leaked due to the tub overflowing when washing some bedding, but I haven't had any problems with it otherwise. All in all, it does the job and is the right size for my typical laundry loads.

It’s great for cleaning everything from large bedding loads to delicate small loads. And I love the timer option!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like everything about the machine except the water does not get hot - only 92 degrees. The temp setting between warm and hot was only in the 80's. According to the lgcommunity.us.com this has been a long time (going back 8 yrs) issue with the LG machines. Numerous customers have complained about this. You can feel the hot water enter the machine through the intake hose and it is blazing. I was told there is an internal regular that only allows very little hot water to enter. Even on the tub clean cycle it was only 92 degrees.

Some good, some not so much. Pros: Very quiet Cons: Side opening door. You don't realize how much a downward opening door is better till its gone. One LG model had a way to operate in either direction, they all need this. No interior light is a terrible cheap saving idea some very short-sighted pencil pusher came up with. Manual has almost no operational instructions, just repetitious installation warnings. Auto dryness sensing is poor with mix of light and heavy fabrics (ie. towels and sheets).

Also, I have done like 3 all white loads with a white bright detergent and the results are excellent! It lets you adjust the temperature, speed and soil intensity. Its the right size for my laundry. The design is sleek and modern. Very happy with this purchase.

It will not complete the wash cycle when theres a regular load so purchasing a heavy duty washer is pointless... When it did wash in the beginning it did well. My clothes were clean and my utility bills did not have much of an increase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new washer! It has less bells and whistles then most other models of today but if you want to thoroughly clean your clothes efficiently while still having more amenities than your old top load washer, this washer will not disappoint.
