[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous washer and dryer set were Samsung. We had a few problems - our mechanic recommended LG and we are so glad he did. Love our new set. Took a bit of ingenuity to make our Samsung pedestals work - but, we did it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE THIS LG DRYER ! I'VE HAD LG PRODUCTS BEFORE & ALWAYS ENJOYED USING THEM. THIS DRYER IS EFFICIENT & EASY TO USE. I LUV ALL THE DIFFERENT SETTINGS , WHICH ALSO HELP SAVE TIME & ENERGY !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive had the washing machine for about two months now. It is very efficient and has lots of settings that you can adjust depending on what you are washing. It is a little difficult to clean animal hair from the door seal area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We desperately needed a new washer and dryer and after doing a lot of research we found that this machine was highly recommended across different review sites. We are very pleased with our purchase and would recommend this to everyone! My only complaint is that I wish the done signal was a little louder, but I am sure most people prefer a quieter signal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with water temperature and soil options. Amazed at the amount of water that is removed from clothes and towels when load is finished, which equals less drying time, definitely a huge plus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned other front loading washers, but none work as well as LG. My towels seem to come out cleaner and fluffier and I do not use fabric softener! The extra large tub allows me to wash more clothes at once, cutting down on the number of loads. Very pleased with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would have liked to have had the option of a “Custom” cycle, a cycle where I could create a personalized wash setting from the front panel that would be saved and accessed by the cycle knob. Also, would be helpful if the owners manual listed the temperatures for the temperature settings (other than “Tap Cold”) and the rpms for each of the 3 spin speeds. Other than that, am more than satisfied, so far, with the washer. My overall rating of this product is based on a short ownership period and could go up or down in the future depending on how well it holds up overtime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife uses washer a lot. She makes multiple loads based on color and usage. Earlier LG washer broke after 12 years. We went for similar loader with a bigger size from LG. So far, it is working very well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in July. Happy that it was in stock and available in the store - no waiting 6 months like other brands. Installation team in my area was great. Cleans well with minimal soap. My only comment is that it has electronic music at the end of the cycles. My laundry room is in the lower level of my home and I can not hear the sound upstairs. My old machine had a buzzer and I could here it anywhere in the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this has been a good experience. Suggest that the instructions include more on how to use each cycle and especially how the pause button helps make changes. For me it was some trial and error but have finally figured it out
