[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this washer a couple of years ago and could not be happier. The capacity is great in handling our large items. We were considering a top load unit, but the size of this unit really makes the difference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I moved into my house over 20 years ago, we inherited the washer and dryer left by the previous owners. Over the last year or so it was starting to become apparent that the dryer’s days were numbered. It would often take several cycles to dry an average size load. I’ve been using this new LG dryer for the past few weeks, and I have very little to complain about. There are plenty of drying cycles for just about everything. The capacity is more than sufficient for my wife and myself. The only complaint that I have so far is that the tone when the cycle is done is not very loud. Also I’m rather surprised that a light was not included. Despite this, I’m very happy with my decision to buy this dryer and I will likely get the matching washer when the time comes to replace it.

I have this product about three weeks now. I am happy with this dryer however I was a bit taken back that there was not a light inside the drum when you open up the door. I never thought to even look for that in an appliance as I’ve never had one that didn’t come with the light. Not a big game changer but I think if I had looked a little closer I might’ve got an a different model

The dryer that I purchased is very simple to use. It was easy to be setup and using the dryer is very intuitive. Many devices today to have different aspects to them however, it is nice to have something very easy to use. I am a software programmer and when I do not have to study a manual to use an appliance then I have a good appliance.

I love this washer it quitter then my last LG washer witch I had for almost 20 years we bought this one because the last one lasted 20 years and the washer tub bearing where wore out and I did not want to pull it all apart because it lasted that long I bought a new one instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So This is our second LG - the first ones we left at the house we sold. These products are great, strong, and efficient. They run well, are silent, and get the job done. big enough for comforters and careful enough for the delicates.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1. I like the size of the drum. I am accustomed to doing 2-3 loads a day on most days. I like to do laundry. 2. I thought there should have been better instructions on how to change water temperature and I do most of my laundry in cold water. I couldn't find a video either for clear instructions. 3. I like how quiet the machine is. 4. I'm confused as to when I set it to normal with maybe 4 towels and other misc items sometimes its 74 mintues, sometimes its 90 minutes. That seems like an awfully long time for a "normal" size load. My old washer was 45-50 minutes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After about 8 washes I am happy with this choice. It has all the features I care about or need. Who needs WiFi for doing laundry? That's a wasted couple of hundred bucks. This machine is quiet, looks great and is highly rated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my LG washer and dryer set for 5 months now and have absolutely no issues with these machines. Both machines handled a large comforter with ease which actually surprised me. I have also noticed I can use very little liquid detergent to get a clean wash. I will also add, these machines are very attractive. I LOVE my LG’s.

This is our first LG washer, and we bought it based on user reviews, specs and pricing. We were pleased that the salesperson agreed that this washer performs great, has all the needed settings and is available at a reasonable price. We are totally satisfied with our LG washing machine.
