My towels seem to come out cleaner and fluffier and I do not use fabric softener! The extra large tub allows me to wash more clothes at once, cutting down on the number of loads. Very pleased with my purchase!

It is taking me a while to get used to the computer (I am older) but other than that it has been wonderful. Very little water is used, the spin dry is much better than the top loads. It takes a bit more time for the cycles, but it is worth it.

I’ve only used it a couple of times, but I’m very pleased with how easy it is to program the different functions. I like the large capacity making it great for comforters and large loads. I like the front load with regard to it’s efficiency-low water consumption.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my LG washer and dryer for about 1 yr now and love them! I have had no issues whatsoever. Its much quieter than my previous top loaders and does a phenomenal job with clothes coming out clean. I’ve also noticed my water bills have gone down. The only drawbacks i see are you can’t flip the door opening. If you have your dryer on the left, like mine is, its awkward to move things from the washer to the dryer. The other issue is I wish there was an internal light. Its not always easy to find that missing sock in the dark. 😄

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer for a couple of months now and it seems to do the job. Thankfully the normal cycle works well enough because if I wanted to change any settings I'd be very frustrated. As with the matching drier that I also bought, the controls are infuriatingly inscrutable and the opposite of intuitive. The layout, the choices and the need to press multiple buttons multiple times to change settings drives me to the brink. And the spin cycle is pretty noisy. I replaced an old machine with bad bearings that sounded like a jet plane on the tarmac and this one is just a bit quieter. I will say that it really rings the water out which is good.

I purchased my new washer in 25-Nov-2023 and noticed a couple small dents on lower right side of machine. The first couple times I used it I noticed a small puddle of water on floor in basement as there was a drilled hole in floor for dryer gas line directly behind washer. When I investigated further i found a small puddle of water at rear of machine. I determined it was coming from the drain filter at the front of the machine. The filter basket wasn’t completely installed all the way in so where the basket wasn’t sealing properly. Since then the machine hasn’t leaked and is working fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a no brainer. Bought to replace our last LG washer which died after 12 years of heavy use and abuse lol! This new one is so quiet, slightly larger than previous, and our laundry is coming out so clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our LG front loader. It does a great job washing and is very quiet. The spin cycle is also very fast which it takes out most of the water. When you transfer over to the dryer, it feels very dry. Great machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this several weeks ago to replace a 10 year old LG Washer that was totaled and unfixable. 10 years?? Was told I couldn't use the existing Pedestal, well YOU CAN! This one is built even cheaper than my last one, door is flimsy, gasket seal is thinner and obviously cheaper. It does a good job of cleaning the clothes but I do not expect it to last as long as my last one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our door in our new washer broke. There was glass everywhere. The repairman said it’s rare and had only seen this once before. I thought we’d need a new washer, but he replaced the door and rubber surround, and it’s good as new.
