We bought this washer about a month ago, and could not be any happier. Could not be any happier with my purchase. It runs so quite you don't even know its on. This is the best washer we ever bought, and we had 2 others that could not compare to. We also bought an LG dryer and same thing don't even realize it is on until the alarm goes off letting you know it is finished. I would recommend LG products to anyone looking.

I had to replace a front load washer and sought consumer report for the best rating. Their top pick was LG so that’s what I got. It has not disappointed. I love the customizing options it gives for every load. It even plays a happy little song when it’s done!

This unit replaced our 9 year old WM2150CW. We had no issues the entire time until the main bearings went out. Bigger capacity than the old unit and delivering the same level of washing as before. There is nothing else on the market I would have consider other than something much more expensive..SQ.

So if they SMELL better then they certainly are CLEANER, right? Just remember to wipe down the front door as not to end up with mold or mildew. The capacity size is perfect for our small family and with a recent move, it was time to upgrade and I couldn't be more pleased.

Some of the wash cycles take longer than my old washer, but the timer on it informs you how much time is left. Very pleased, hoping to get the corresponding dryer soon!

The only thing I'm not so fond of, is the fact that when I put something of a little heavier weight, it tends to shake the machine. So I had one of your Techs out & he explained how to prevent that & I was quite satisfied with that. ( :
