[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE that all of the king bed sheets and blankets can be washed at the same time. Also, like that clothes are drying much faster in dryer because of how dry they are out of the washer. Laundry day goes by much quicker as a result.

My towels seem to come out cleaner and fluffier and I do not use fabric softener! The extra large tub allows me to wash more clothes at once, cutting down on the number of loads. Very pleased with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 10 year old LG Washer that died on us with this LG. This is good but not as good as the old one. This one does not seem to adjust the water level depending on the wash load. Anyway, I just hope this will last more than the predecessor.

The unit has started smelling of slight smoke when operating. First my spouse noticed and then I did. There is no interference with the rotation of the drum in either direction. On this item, we're taking a wait and see approach, which seems reasonable. The unit has 5 different wash temperature selections. Despite this, it's incapable of using the 100% hot feed water. I've checked the feed flow for hot (and cold). There's plenty of both. The hot feed is plenty hot, but the machine dilutes it with some cold. When I want hot sanitary wash for white clothes, by golly I want it to use 100% hot feed water. I don't want this lukewarm wishy-washy crap. The machine seems to be designed wrong, since it can't run hot, not even using the hottest selection on the machine's panel. It's a lousy design that needs immediate correction. Or it's not made to proper specifications. Either way it's marginal. LG needs to start long term work on this.

I purchased this machine a month back as I remodeled my kitchen. It's been a great addition as it's quiet, fits a full load of clothes and is very easy to add detergent and fabric softener. It's also easy to remove water from the machine via the pull-out drawer on the lower left hand side. The controls are intuitive as well. Relatively easy for my contractor to install as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a 12 year old front load washer. The LG fit in the space of the old washer , which was a must. I read some reviews that scared me about the LG . They were about leaking from day one and shaking hard enough to make it move. I decided to take a chance because of the washer fitting in the space and the price . It's only been a month and so far the washer has no problems . It cleans very well and I like the feathers the LG washer offers , but only time will tell . If I get the same amount of use as my old one I will be very happy.

It is easy to use, gets the clothes really clean, has a lot of different settings for different clothing types and level of dirtiness, is fairly quiet and is energy efficient. I would recommend this washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine to replace the previous model which worked for 9.5 years. As we are a very sporty family, we love the speed wash. The larger drum is handy for large blankets, and the faster rpm spin makes for less drying time. So far very happy!

I have had an LG washer before - I much prefer this model as it has a hose at the bottom left side which helps to let you take the water out (maintenance) - old model didn't have anything like this, but you still had to drain water out from time to time.
