Bought dryer in early August and it was fantastic! Unfortunately, the dryer stopped drying about a week ago - only cold air so clothes were not drying. I reached out to LG and they sent me a link to test why the dryer stopped working. I performed the test and dryer showed an error which was lack of gas. Technician is coming out next Monday to fix. LG has been very responsive, have sent any possible needed parts to my house, and have been contacting me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased DLG3401W along with matching front load washer in March 2020. "Command Central" as my wife refers to the controls on the dryer and washer. She stacked the units and unfortunately with my disabilities unable to reach the dryer on top controls. Frustrating. May save water based on a decrease in water bill. Very, very quiet running both dryer and washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer online after my old (20 year) faithful machine gave out. I have been pleased with the ease of use, the performance and convenience so far. It came highly recommended by a family member who works in a large store selling many modelss and makes of washers. As a person who has done laundry for about 60 years and is less agile than at age 20, I would recommend buying the pedestal so the height is raised and you do not need to crawl into the large capacity tub to move the wet clothes to the dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because my old machine died. So far, it is easy to use. My clothes come out clean. It uses less water. And it looks good. I feel I got a great value compared to other models and brands!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had another front loader a few years back then went to a top loading machine not realizing how deep it was and not easy to reach the clothes at the bottom. So when it came time to replace that and the LG had a 4.5 tub and the price was really good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We switched to LG washers and dryers a few years ago while living overseas and have stuck with these reliable and well priced products here in the US. Very happy with our new washer and the used LG gas dryer that we purchased when setting up our home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer! You can use the preset cycles and recommended temperatures or change them if you feel like it. Some of the wash cycles take longer than my old washer, but the timer on it informs you how much time is left. Very pleased, hoping to get the corresponding dryer soon!

We’ve had this washer about a month now. It cleans much more effectively than our previous top loader without agitator. We can do large loads and everything gets a great wash. I’ve even noticed our dryer dries faster now because of how wel the spin cycle works. Only complaint is that it’s slightly louder than our previous and the song it plays at the end goes on a bit too long for my taste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We haven't quite had our washer for a month yet but so far has been working great. Easy to use, quiet, and looks great. Handles all loads very easily with no wobbles or worrying about it walking across floor. Glad we purchased it.
