[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this machine for 2 weeks, and we love it. We've done all kinds of loads, from delicates to large, heavy loads with 8 towels. It handled them all very well. We've had an LG before and had great success with it, which prompted this purchase. Minus a star for the control panel, which is easy once you realize it's like a touch screen, and not a push button. It also requires reading carefully, as some functions are on the same touchpad, labeled below the main function of that pad, in fainter lettering, but require a 3 second hold. For example, it took us a few minutes to figure out how to unlock the door lock, after we accidently locked the "Control Lock", which is on the same touchpad for "Rinse and Spin" and is activated and deactivated with that 3 second touch. This is not a real problem once you realize that there are 4 of these 'dual function' buttons. The other trouble we had initially was with getting the machine level. We have a tile floor with 1/4" grout lines, in a laundry closet, which we discovered is not perfectly level. I wasn't watching the installers carefully enough, and it's impossible to reach the rear corners to adjust the rear feet. On a first heavy load of towels (we have a big dog!) the machine moved, and was out of level. I had to tilt the machine out enough to reach to back legs to raise them, reposition the machine, and then adjust the front legs. I also used some wood blocks to prevent any further tiny travel which might make the machine out of level again. This is an installation issue, not technically a problem with the machine. However I imagine there are lots of settings where a way to adjust the rear legs from the front of the machine would be useful, like mine. Something for the engineers to work on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine a couple of weeks ago. I picked it up at the store, delivery is so arbitrary I did not trust it. So far, so good. Cleans very efficiently and fast. It is also very quiet. I hope that it lasts for a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A consumer rating magazine review stated that LG washing machines tended to cause a somewhat greater amount of abrasion than competitor machines. I would guess that a major cause is the low amount of water used because of the he designation. Water is much cheaper than replacing abraded clothes. Think about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new lg front load washer. It is so quiet and cleans so well. I love being able to see the cycles knowing that all my clothes are actually being touched by water (unlike my last top load washer). You can’t go wrong with this washer.

I love this washer it quitter then my last LG washer witch I had for almost 20 years we bought this one because the last one lasted 20 years and the washer tub bearing where wore out and I did not want to pull it all apart because it lasted that long I bought a new one instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in Dec 2022. So far it's working well. I like the features where you can select the different water temperatures from cold to hot. I feel that the musical sound that alerts you when the cycle is done is very helpful.

This washing machine is well built, attractive in appearance and does a great job of getting the laundry clean. Very nice features and easy to understand how to use them. The spin cycle dies a great job of extracting the water which helps them take less time drying. Energy saving feature. Money well spent on a product that should last for many years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is almost identical to the one we bought in 2008 and loved, but it was time to replace it with a new one! This one is much quieter and has the 15 min. speed cycle which is very efficient!

We bought this washer about a month ago, and could not be any happier. WE bought this dryer about a month ago and we could not be any happier with the purchase.It runs so quite you don't even know its on. This is the best dryer we ever bought, and we had 2 others that could not compare to. We also bought an LG washer and same thing don't even realize it is on until the alarm goes off letting you know it is finished. I would recommend LG products to anyone looking.

I looked for a washer that had plenty of control options and would be quiet at high spin speeds. This LG really delivers! The quick wash is my favorite since we have 3-4 loads per day. Washing a thick comforter was a breeze with the heavy-duty setting. I'm so pleased with this purchase and I definitely recommend buying this washer.
