[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this washer for a couple of weeks now and I’m really happy with it. It replaced a 30 year old model from another manufacturer. It’s easy to set up, all you have to do is dial in the type of load (normal, towels, bedding, etc.) and it sets the appropriate parameters and runs. I use the detergent pods so I just throw one of those in with the laundry and it’s good. There’s also a tray where you can add liquid or powdered detergent and fabric softener or bleach. Very good purchase.

Doesn’t dry well using sensor. Lint trap keeps popping up allowing clothes to get caught and then rip. I would not recommend. LG has been to my house 4 times going on 5. Once for the dryer and going on 4th time for the accompanying washer. Which is complete trash unless you like leaks in your floors.

The dryer that I purchased is very simple to use. It was easy to be setup and using the dryer is very intuitive. Many devices today to have different aspects to them however, it is nice to have something very easy to use. I am a software programmer and when I do not have to study a manual to use an appliance then I have a good appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old washer died and settled on going with LG. So many wash options! The unit is much quieter than my old one. Huge capacity and the clothes come out almost dry. Speaking of dry. My dryer finishes in around half the time it took to dry clothes out of my old front load washer. I highly recommend this washer. My LG purchase but not my last!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago to replace my old LG front load washer. I love my LG! It washes even better than my old model and seems to be more efficient. The only thing I don’t like is it didn’t come in red, like my old LG.

Bought dryer in early August and it was fantastic! Unfortunately, the dryer stopped drying about a week ago - only cold air so clothes were not drying. I reached out to LG and they sent me a link to test why the dryer stopped working. I performed the test and dryer showed an error which was lack of gas. Technician is coming out next Monday to fix. LG has been very responsive, have sent any possible needed parts to my house, and have been contacting me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this unit for two months. Finally caught up with my laundry. The unit washes large load (two sets of bedding) well. Great for my work clothes from the steel mills. Does well on small loads on the short cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had them for a little less than a month but it's been great! We got both the matching washer and dryer and have them stacked. We did the installation ourselves and lifting the dryer was absolutely possible with just me and my husband and I'm on the smaller side. We just had to purchase an electrical cord for the dryer, a new duct, and new hoses for the washer! Leveling it was kind of a pain but manageable. I get clean and dry laundry every time and it's really fast too! (relatively, compared to my old set which were very, very old) Also note that the washer uses "high efficiency" detergent. We've actually just been using our old, normal detergent up but it does say to use high efficiency

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer about a month ago and I could not be happier with it. The variety of settings has been great for drying different load types. My previous set was 10+ years old so this is a major upgrade. I had to dry everything on delicate but now I have so many options. and it may sound silly but I love the little song it plays when the clothes are done. It's a nice change from the buzzer sound my last dryer made.

The machine is fairly quiet, and everything comes out very clean. It is also easy to adjust to the dials to your own needs (like for cold loads). I definitely recommend!
