We’ve had this washer about a month now. It cleans much more effectively than our previous top loader without agitator. We can do large loads and everything gets a great wash. I’ve even noticed our dryer dries faster now because of how wel the spin cycle works. Only complaint is that it’s slightly louder than our previous and the song it plays at the end goes on a bit too long for my taste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only had this washer for about 16 months so far and it’s not working right. All of a sudden all the clothes started smelling bad. I live alone so I hardly ever use it it’s only been used maybe 15 or 20 times and even went to clean the filter and it was pretty much pristine except for a piece of lint. it’s just past the one-year warranty so now I have to pay for a repair for this brand new machine. not impressed.

The WM3400CW washer is another fine example of top notch LG Engineering. Even the LED is so bright and sharp. Many of my white laundry has become VERY White. I consider this unit as the finest washer made.

Our previous washer (laundry room on second floor) literally would shake the house during the spin cycle. With this washer, I can’t even tell where it’s at in the cycle because it’s so quiet. Love it.

When on rinse or on spin it seems to be loose and it makes a banging noise against the washer before it gets into the spin cycle, this is very concerning since I have the stackable dryer on top.

If you do not hear the sound with the load, finishes, you might forget that you have a load just sitting in the washer.

Very straight forward buttons/selections. I use the speed cycle alot and it saves water and time. This machine spins the clothes so dry I put many on the outside clothes line and dry in 15 minutes. Easy to clean and maintain----recommend highly!!!

Well the dryer went about a year ago and I was happy with it so I bought another one just like it to replace it and for the LG washer well the drum went in that so what did I do, yes, I went out and bought another LG washer just like to old one. LG makes a good product, but it's how you use it that makes a difference.

My towels seem to come out cleaner and fluffier and I do not use fabric softener! The extra large tub allows me to wash more clothes at once, cutting down on the number of loads. Very pleased with my purchase!
