[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This last month I replaced a top loader with this front load washer from LG. The laundry sits on the other side of my home office wall. What a difference! The washer is much quieter during all phases, but in particular during the spin cycle. Even though this drum spins very fast for quite a while, I hardly notice it during my business calls. Most of this can be attributed to the lack of vibration both on the wall and the floor. I'm amazed at how stable this washer is. Also, I like the fact that the high spin wrings out much of the water which makes drying time significantly shorter. I highly recommend this washer and dryer combination. One more thing...this washer also has a time delay so I can set it to begin during my business calls so it is ready to move to the dryer after my call is done and the wet clothes don't sit in the washer. Love it!

However, I did try washing a coat by itself and it wouldn't do the final spin right (kept getting an uneven load error) so it was soaking wet when I moved it to the dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 22-year old gas dryer with this model from LG. What a treat! It runs so quietly, and the automatic features are wonderful! No guessing how long the load should go in for…it just dries our clothes, towels, linens to perfection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought around a month ago too! very happy so far! use speed setting with cold water for both energy and water savings.clothes are clean perfectly! no need for warm or hot water. I am on a well, that has run dry in the past so water savings is critical.i called customer service and was told that the washer uses around 3 gallons in both the normal, and speed settings this is great for me. very quiet! iam please with the quality so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washing machine is so quiet that I hardly know that it is on. Thankfully a buzzer announces when the wash cycle is complete. Laundry has come out clean every single time, even when it is loaded to the max.

Bought in October 22, worked great for a month, then started stopped draining the drum completely. I always have to run an extra spin cycle for that to happen, so some loads can take 90 minutes to wash. It’s just my husband and me, so there isn’t large loads, but it still takes me all day to wash and dry 3-4 loads of wash! I wish I would have went with another brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this one month ago - had a previous washer that was close to 20 years old so had high expectations for this washer and dryer! We have a small space to work with and this washer fit perfectly but still allowing for full size wash loads. It’s quiet and best of all, it alerts us to lint blocking the vent which was exactly what we needed. Clothes are clean and dry (don’t forget that the clothes don’t come out warm but cold and dry). I would recommend this unit highly especially for those with limited spaces yet a family’s worth of clothes!

Favorite feature: large capacity with advantage of equally great cleaning. Spin cycles are effective and greatly reduce drying time needs. Have not had long enough to fully review for all feature and cost savings; while seems inline with noted expectations—have not had long enough to fully realize this opportunity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the washer and dryer for about a month now and absolutely love them. They are infinitely quieter than my old set. Just one suggestion. Put some notifications on the back that those bolts need to be removed before using. They could seriously do some damage. Perhaps some people know to do this however some don’t
