[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very nervous making this type of big purchase online but my maintenance guy reassured that I was getting a great product and he was soooo right!! I love my washer and dryer! My favorite part is when it plays a melody for me at the end of the cycle! LOVE THIS! My washer is so quiet I barly know its running which is great because I live in a loft which has NO sound proffing and I can still do my laundry whenever I wish! This has been one of my most favorite purchases! Never thought I would get so excited over an appliance!

This was a replacement for our 16yr old Samsung. Does the job and seems to be very efficient. It was hard, however, for wife and I to figure out how to use with provided quick start instructions and online manual; very broadbrush where more details desired.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this right at 2 years ago. Have already had to have it repaired. Now it's making a grinding sound on start up. It doesn't wash the greatest either. As it's in agitating it actually more of a slow spin rather than agitate back and forth. Also I don't think it uses as much water as it should. Can barely see water in it.

As per laundering directions on most clothes I have mostly used the low heat setting, which takes longer, but clothes last longer and shrink less. Larger capacity than my last dryer, so can handle a lot more laundry, but that also means those larger loads take longer to dry. Bottom line though is this dryer gets the job done and has lots of options for whatever your needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the washer so far. I say that not expecting anything to go wrong, but I've only used it for 6 months. One thing people have complained about with these front load washers is that they get mold or funkiness around the front door gasket, I have not seen that to be a problem at all. After each wash, I clean out behind the gasket with a towel to get rid of as much water as I can and then leave the door open for a while. So far, I have had zero problems with any mold or funky smell. The was cycles on these front-load, low water washers do take a long time. A typical wash cycle with a full load is 70 minutes. That doesn't bother me because I having the clothes immersed in water for a longer time is good for cleaning. Also, this thing does anreally thorough job of removing water in the spin cycle so my dryer can do its job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a LG washer left it in the house when we moved,New house had another brand. After a year couldn’t stand it! Bought this LG washer and love it every bit as much as the one I left behind! Only thing I gave away a new washer that was here, had to keep dryer. In 64 years of marriage I’ve never had a matching set until the one I gave away, so you know how much I like LG washers! Easy to use, features great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last washer and dryer never worked well, and died after 8 years. I rely on Consumer Reports, who gave the LG it’s top rating. The LG washer and dryer are quiet, get my clothes clean, and dry quickly. I trust they will last more than 10 years! So far, I never have to think about them - just put dirty clothes in and then get clean clothes out. Definitely worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old washer broke down and I needed a new one quickly. After researching online and some in-store browsing, I chose the LG WM3400CW due to its quality look and feel, clean features, high efficiency rating, and good reviews (paired with a friend’s recommendation of the LG brand). I’ve had it for just over a month now and I love it. It has a bunch of preset options which you can modify per cycle, it’s easy to use, relatively quiet, and my clothes come out clean and surprisingly soft. Totally satisfied with my purchase so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been pleasantly surprised with this washer. I have a 17 year old son who plays sports and rides ATV's and this washer gets all his clothes clean with no extra cycles needed. Very powerful spin cycle shortens the needed drying time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer a few weeks ago, because my other washer took a dump. I really am glad I bought this one for it is great. Easy to work and great price. Can’t go wrong with this washer. I am 100% satisfied. I would recommend this washer.
