Put some notifications on the back that those bolts need to be removed before using. They could seriously do some damage. Perhaps some people know to do this however some don’t

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new lg front load washer. It is so quiet and cleans so well. I love being able to see the cycles knowing that all my clothes are actually being touched by water (unlike my last top load washer). You can’t go wrong with this washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a very old but reliable Kenmore model. So far, I feel my clothes are cleaner than before which makes me feel…good! It does take a bit longer to wash and dry but I believe it’s worth clean clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, this machine has been through two regular laundry days, plus every bath/shower mat in the house, a queen comforter, and a king comforter. I opted to forgo the bells and whistles of the higher-priced models, and I can't say I miss a single one. My older LG dryer is happy, too, since the washer spins out so much water that the dryer doesn't have to work as hard. My utility company might be the only loser here.

I bought this machine because of the description and good reviews. It has been a while since I needed a machine. I wanted one that had a large tub and it has that. The problem is 3 hours to wash a load. Who has that amount of time? Vibrates even after I purchased the vibration pads. Everything is a la cart now. Isn't that a shame? The machine literally arrived with tiny metal feet. Before I purchased the vibration pads it shook my house like an earthquake. Even with the pads, it still vibrates. Once the load is done, the entire door is damp. I have to wipe it down after every wash and leave the door open so it won't smell like mildew. Then, I do I quick wash which is 15 minutes for a small rug. Guess what? The sensor can't read a small wash and the 15 minutes turned into three hours with an error code. I didn't know all this was happening as I left my house. You can't manipulate the cycles. I like to use tap water. If you pick tap, it changes everything else. I don't know who designed this machine but they are in the wrong field of work. I complained within days only for the clerk to tell me ...and reads off a card. I emailed the CEO to no avail. I want to return it but no one will answer my emails. If I can't wash a small load, then this machine does not meet my needs.

We were excited to replace our 20 year old dryer with this highly rated one. We have been less than thrilled with the amount of plastic components and parts, including the lint filter. We feel like it could fall apart just by opening and closing the door. I don't believe we will get 20 years out of this unit!

It does it's job beautifully, and along the way tells me how many minutes until completion. I find this a real benefit, I know of water disasters others have had, so I won't leave the house until the cycle is completed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the washer for 2 months now. Great overall, only downside is that for parts of the cycle it can be louder than expected. Closing the door is easy enough. Bought the pedestal with it and saves from leaning over too much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this as a replacement for our 23 year old washer, which we loved but could no longer resuscitate. What an upgrade this was, this LG washer is terrific. Extremely quiet with very pleasant sounding alerts and cycle finished prompts. The wash cycles use less water but get all our clothes really clean. The spin cycles take out more moisture, allowing us to use less energy drying. Wonderful plus is the drain filter is accessible from the front without the need for tools. If you’ve ever left small items in your pockets, this is a great feature. So happy with our machine, looking forward to many years of use.
