I like almost everything about this machine. I do wish that you could have access to all of the water temp/spin/soil level options no matter which cycle you choose. I also wish the pedestal drawer was deep enough to hold the medium and large sizes of laundry detergent. It is just 1/2 inch too shallow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded to this LG stacked washer dryer and love the purchase so far. The washer and dryer are so quiet which is a huge benefit now that I've been working from home. Don't have to worry about the washer dryer making loud background noises if I'm going to call into a meeting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is super quiet. Very easy to use with lots of options. It helps washing the comforters and bedding sheets very well while being gentle with the fabric. And quite effective in removing stains on our kids' school going dresses too. Overall happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG Dryer is amazing, sleek design, quiet, dries clothes/towels in no time, lots of settings to choose from to make sure your items are dried as you wish and is a perfect, elegant match for the washer ( also LG compatible/stack-able) !!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had this for a month, but given its 10-year warranty, we feel reasonably confident it's built to last. What we can say now is that it's amazingly quiet, quite energy-efficient, and a breeze to use. Our previous agitator washer periodically damaged our clothes. That hasn't happened with this one, and I don't expect it to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dryer for just over a month. It has performed as expected and the capacity is good for my needs. My old dryer had a light inside and I sometimes miss that feature when I am digging around for smaller items in the drum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer and dryer were stacked and they are very stable and easy to use. Controls are fairly straightforward and automated. Some cycles can't be customized but you can select a different cycle and customize. Seems to use too little water but clothes come out clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd LG dryer (1st was Electric) and the controls are easy to use, laid out well and very intuitive. As with my previous unit, my new one isn't the best with the "Sensor Dry" feature. All too often, it stops, while the clothes are still wet. In most instances I by pass that and set a timed dry @ whatever temp I feel best fits the items being dried. Even with that not being so great, I would recommend this drier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the LG Wm3400CW front loading washer about three weeks ago in Mid December 2021, just before the holidays. The washer is the best one we've owned to date and I knew going into this purchase that we would be grateful and happy with the purchase. I so want to support American made if I could get something of true value. I have spent hundreds of dollars on Made in America and get products that last just long enough to get past the warranty. Then it stops running or starts falling apart. Im sticking with LG until I learn that they have sold out to someone who cares about one thing only and I think you know what I mean.

I have only had this machine for three weeks. I need to operate this thing for at least three months in order to be able to rate it. My experience has been that, these machines go bad right after the manufacters warranty expires. About three years. You are welcomed to ask for a rating then. The following rating is from when I first started using this product through the three weeks that I have owned it.
