[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second LG front load washer. The first one lasted over 11 years & did such a good job that I was determined to get the same one again. It is easy to operate & cleans all types of loads well. It handles large items very well too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this three months ago. The round ice maker is great. The fridge has many new improvements. Especially in storage of fruits and vegetables. It allows you to store so many and in the past with other refrigerators you don’t get that. It keeps the food cold it is convenient and well planned. I had an older lg refrigerator and was always happy with it. We put the old one outside by our bbq and the new one is nice and improved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought around a month ago too! very happy so far! use speed setting with cold water for both energy and water savings.clothes are clean perfectly! no need for warm or hot water. I am on a well, that has run dry in the past so water savings is critical.i called customer service and was told that the washer uses around 3 gallons in both the normal, and speed settings this is great for me. very quiet! iam please with the quality so far.

This washer can handle small to really large loads and is terrific for bedspreads and large loads of beach towels. The controls are intuitive and easy to read.

There are many wash features to choose from - my only complaint is the descriptions and choice of features are hard to see... wish the writing was larger. But overall its a great product and I'm very happy we went with LG

Bought the washer, however cannot load more than 1/2 tub of dry clothes as it does not fill enough water if added more clothes, also the normal cycle runs 90 min and heavy cycle runs 3 hours. Washer is proclaimed as efficient, but not efficient to put full load of clothes or saving electricity, customer service also said same that washer is not efficient in water filling on full load or saving electricity,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer about six weeks and I love it. It's quiet running and it washes most laundry with spectacular results. The Ultra Load capacity is massive and I appreciate that inceease in size compared to the old LG washer it replaced. Today though, I washed a large load of whites using the 'towels' cycle with hot water and pre-wash settings. I added they prescribed amounts of liquid detergent, pre-wash detergent (OxyClean), and liquid bleach. Due to the pre-wash, the load took a long time to clean. But this time, the whites were drab with "shadows" of stains, though I soaked for several days a few pieces of dingy, gray white items. The washer seems fine and these same settings gave noticeably better results on prior loads of whites.

It gets the clothes clean but I miss my old washer that was simple to use. I never use the I I don't use Normal setting because it won't let me change any defaults. I mainly use the Towels setting so I can use hot water. I like the Speed Wash for place mats. The lint filter at the bottom is a major inconvenience. There is never a speck of lint in it and I don't have a pan low enough to catch the water that gushes out.

I bought the LG front load washer 5 months ago. Although it washes colors well, it does not achieve the listed "HOT" wash cycle though it's fed with plenty of really hot water. Apparently it's designed for energy saving by disabling any true HOT capability. Therefore, LG should not offer the choice of "HOT" selection, since it's deceitful and dishonest. The machine can only manage a lukewarm wash at best. I feel misled and duped by LG. If LG is desperate to use the "HOT" label, it should list the actual temperature of the wash, e.g. 105 F maximum. That way customers will know they'll never get the hot wash they truly want for their white clothes. Suggestion: LG could offer a "sanitary cycle" which would be truly hot.
