The only issue I have is with the cycle settings, not all of them show the amount of time for the cycle until after you hit the start button. Just think it’s a little strange that some show but not all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I went to the store for a wash machine and dryer, this Brand was not on my list. However, I'm glad that the store employee recommended it. Since the arrival of this machine, I feel like doing laundry daily because of its ease of use. The app makes it even better, along with the low noise during cycle and the buzzer when completed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our former LG Dryer with this model anticipating a similar product and were quite disacppointed tht it does not have a drum light which is relaly handy ansuring it is empty in a dark laundry room.

The owner’s manual is terrible. It doesn’t have all the necessary information. The control panel on the washer is not intuitive at all. I wanted to change the water temperature for a cycle I chose and didn’t have a clue how to do it. I had to go to YouTube to get the help I needed. The washing cycles are incredibly long. 93 minutes to wash one load! I don’t call that energy efficient. I wish now I had lurched a different brand of washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first wash proved impressive when my clothes smelled better than they ever had in previous years! So if they SMELL better then they certainly are CLEANER, right? Just remember to wipe down the front door as not to end up with mold or mildew. The capacity size is perfect for our small family and with a recent move, it was time to upgrade and I couldn't be more pleased.

Bought the washer, however cannot load more than 1/2 tub of dry clothes as it does not fill enough water if added more clothes, also the normal cycle runs 90 min and heavy cycle runs 3 hours. Washer is proclaimed as efficient, but not efficient to put full load of clothes or saving electricity, customer service also said same that washer is not efficient in water filling on full load or saving electricity,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans as well as, if not better than, my prior top-load washer without tangling all of the clothing as my prior washer did. Easy to operate with preset washing options and just as simple to adjust temperature, spin, and soil levels if desired.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice maker in the door is a great use of available space, and the three drawers in the refrigerator section help keep produce separated from from overs. The two door freezer makes longer term storage simple

So far so good, the machine is quiet and efficient. It has all the cycles I need. I don’t want to say “basic” because how complicated does laundry need to be? I don’t need my washing to talk to my phone, so simple was best for me. I love it now and I hope I still love it in 5 years or more, fingers crossed for a long life for this machine.

It is taking me a while to get used to the computer (I am older) but other than that it has been wonderful. Very little water is used, the spin dry is much better than the top loads. It takes a bit more time for the cycles, but it is worth it.
