[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned these two products a month. I enjoy theie ease of operstion. Being a senior its nice not to have lots of technology buttons. This is most helpful for us Baby Boomees who are gettng older. .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG 3400 series is well-built. Switches and controls are ideally located and the unit is simple to use from the start. My concerns and issues are the severe lack of water use and the extensive run-times while the unit attempts to be 'HE' compliant. I've often had to wash twice for anything actually stained or soiled. There simply isn't enough water being used which in turn means that more electrical energy is being used via longer or multiple wash times. I'm finding the best of all the 'settings' is to place it on the TOWEL mode. I'm also adding an extra POD/soap which is helping. I can share in this review that I did extensive research in washer/dryer units and I used consumer magazines and online guides that always referred me back to the quality of LG for washer and dryers. This is still a very good washer/dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit washes clothing well but it struggles to balance its load in order to spin up when draining. This leads to extended wash cycle times. Washer is also noisy when spinning as if there is something loose inside. Honestly i do not expect this machine to last very long.

We have had our LG front load pedestal mounted washer and dryer pedestal mounted washer and dryer for a little over a year now. While there is a small learning curve we couldn’t be happier. Clean clothes have are now an everyday occurrence. We have 6 dogs and the washer and dryer do a great job of separating the hair. The filter on the washer has to be cleaned at least monthly but is an easy task. The dryer is also great and easy to use. The machines have a safety lock which is great if you have kids. We love our LG products and will never switch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer about a month ago and we are so happy with our purchase! The variety of settings allows us to 'speed wash' items that are not very soiled, or 'Heavy Duty Wash' items that need a bit more effort! Excellent value for the money!

We decided to replace our old washer and dryer and LG was the most reliable brand based on my extensive research. I am absolutely in love with this washer. I have had it for over 2 weeks now, so it has gotten used!! It is so much quieter than my previous front loader, especially on the spin cycle. I am beyond pleased! I barely leave reviews on items but this one deserves a review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We previously had a Maytag washer and thought we would buy another one when this one quit working. After reading several reviews on different brands we decided to go with the LG. We are totally happy with the quality and features with this machine. Every load comes out clean and ready for the dryer. Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this washer for two weeks now. Replace my LG washer that stopped working after 13 years. Love the extra cycles and larger drum size. I notice my cloths dry faster when hung up or placed in the dryer. Shorter drying time. Trust the LG brand TVs and microwave oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about six weeks ago. Works great. Even washed a queen sized bedspread with no issues. Loved that it told me to run a tub clean cycle after about a month. Cycles are a bit long but I expect that’s because of the energy savings - I don’t really know because the documentation that comes with it doesn’t say much. I had to go to the online manual to find out 69 minutes was correct for a full normal load. Still love the machine though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer (and dryer) a few months ago and overall I'm somewhat happy. The washer is very quiet and nothing leaks. But the only issue is the washing cycles are alot longer than normal cycles (for example the normal cycle is 55 minutes, which is alot longer than a normal 30 or 45 minute washing cycle). But it operates quite well and it is energy efficient.
